總體滿意！環境不錯，景觀ok，衞生也ok，去附近溪涌沙灘走路不算遠，但也要走一段路，去玫瑰海岸沙灘幾公里就需要開車，陽台很大，還有廚房等；有疑問，為什麼桌子放筆記本後，那麼多螞蟻跑出來。。。😅😅😅還有，高速下來轉右邊路進去小區，晚上回去導航會出現疑惑到底怎麼走，路容易混淆（因為靠近高速出口，有3條路）

挺滿意，陽台大，樓層高，上下複試，這個價位也很值，有廚房，有冰箱，適合家庭出遊，園區的環境也可以，周邊玩的離的也不遠

陽台上看出去就是一片大工地 一直噹噹噹 半夜時候也是偷偷在建設，拉那些泥沙，白天更是吵，位置不是很方便，附近幾乎什麼都沒有，去哪裡都要開車，小區門口大卡車非常多，拐彎處很危險，去海邊也不是很方便。房子是比較乾淨整潔的。
