Response from Property: Hello, there were not many rooms available during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, so you booked a single room for two people. When you checked in, you were told that there were only the last two single rooms. You didn't say the internet was not available when you first checked in, but they told you that it was not available in the middle of the night. You asked other guests and they also said that the internet was fine. All the rooms were booked in the middle of the night. You thought the single room was too small for two people and wanted to change it to a larger room for free. The price didn't increase during the holidays, but you were reluctant to pay extra for a king-size bed room.

Response from Property: You can't maliciously give a bad review just because the hotel didn't upgrade you to a larger room. You booked a single room and the one you were given was a single room. And when you came, you refused to register your ID or give your number, and then... I maliciously left a bad review. If it was really that bad, why did you stay here several times?
