This is the hotel recommended by a friend. It’s my second time to stay at the hotel. It’s close to the Wen Kam To Pass. The environment is clean and tidy. There is no dust on the countertops, which is commendable. There is no peculiar smell in the room, so it’s a comfortable stay.

The hotel is in a convenient location with a food street nearby. The room environment is comfortable and clean, and the sound insulation is good. There is a construction site downstairs, but there is no noise at all in the morning!

I went on a trip with my family and booked 2 rooms. When I checked in, I requested a nearby room, but Mr. Xie Peng at the front desk actually arranged a room on the 22nd floor for the first and last rooms. Seeing this, I asked the front desk repeatedly before they were willing to arrange one of the rooms in the middle. . 1: I only booked a room when I saw that it was non-smoking. When I entered the room, I saw a match ashtray. I felt that it was not worthy of the name. 2: The lighting in the toilet is not enough, so the elderly should be careful. 3: The male staff at the front desk is rude and has no smile. 4: I paid cash for a breakfast coupon and asked for a receipt, but was refused. I asked repeatedly before I could print it out. I felt that the front desk was unprofessional and rude. When I checked in that day, I had to go through the check-in procedures with my family. The two men and one woman at the front desk were not helpful at all. I'm so busy, and I'm so pushy about issuing receipts, I feel so bad.
