Vienna International Hotel (Shenzhen Caopu Baigelong Metro Station) Reviews

First of all, thank you to the hotel front desk. The service attitude is impeccable, and the hotel auntie's hygiene is also very good. But I have a completely bad review for the person who opened this hotel. The following is my real experience of staying in the hotel: I was forced to change rooms on the first night I moved in. I didn't care because I was eager to rest at that time, but I want to say that the hotel's sound insulation ability is completely zero, and I am a victim of noise: the left and right sides ↔️ both sides make noise at the same time in the middle of the night, and I was innocently attacked. It was not them but me who changed rooms. As a result, I changed rooms. Less than half an hour after lying down, the next door neighbor was having a party (yes, the next door neighbor can hear it). They didn't sleep in the middle of the night and kept knocking on their door. Then the knocking on the wooden door came through the corridor clearly. I could only plug my ears and fall asleep under the pressure of noise at more than two o'clock. Fortunately, I got up the next day with a good spirit, otherwise I can't guarantee what happened next. Too noisy. This Vienna is really too noisy. In the middle of the night, it is basically 360° surround noise: there is no sound insulation layer at all, and the sound can be clearly penetrated by the four walls and upstairs. During the stay, especially at night, the poor sound insulation was fully revealed when I went to bed at night: the next room next door talking loudly, talking and closing the door and knocking in the corridor outside the door, the high heels walking upstairs, and even the next room next door can be heard clearly. Not only the walls are not soundproofed, but even the doors are thin light wooden doors, which are not soundproof at all. The mat outside the corridor is also thin enough and cannot play a silent role. Indeed, you can't screen the quality of guests when opening a hotel, but you have to pass the quality of your own hotel environment! Opening a hotel can't even meet the most basic and rigid requirement: sound insulation. I traveled everywhere and stayed in many different hotels, but this time I felt like I was staying in a hotel for 80 or 90 yuan a night instead of Vienna for 300 yuan a night. I chose Vienna because I believed in this chain brand, but it made me angry and disappointed. Finally, a warm reminder to those who see this, if you happen to have a couple or a family with a baby living near you when you check in, you can imagine that you won't sleep for a night with this sound insulation. The only solution is to ask you to change rooms.
