The room is big, comfortable and clean. The hotel ambience is cool with beautiful 18 century European paintings. Breakfast is served at ground floor at a minimal charge. It has a self- service washer and dryer on site. The staff are very friendly and helpful if they could put on a smile that would make their service perfect : ). I would return to this hotel when if I visit Shenzhen again. By the way, www.trip.com offered a great rate for this room.

It's OK. My relatives stayed here for more than 10 days and said it was good, so they upgraded the room. The breakfast was just so-so (closed during the Spring Festival). The price is quite affordable.
