No where to put or to arrange my luggage, even buy my own mosquito spray, after spraying whole room, later at night still beaten by something probably from bed linens. Not very friendly look and attitudes from room cleaning staff. Construction ext door, until very late at night very noisy. Half of hotel seems to be left abundance for long time.it is in corner front part of a very big hospital.

Old hotel and need alot improvements Used to be a nice hotel 30 years again

Overall it wasn't a pleasant experience. It was difficult to locate the hotel as they changed their name which is not update on booking platforms. It took more than 30 minutes to get our room keys as their system was slow and the receptionist didn't know well about it. Then there was no intercom in the rooms, every time you need to come down to the reception. So, in all not a good experience at all. I won't recommend it.

The place is near the Cuizhu metro station and is easy to find. The room is clean. However, the Air Conditioner is quite old and sometimes can not be turned on. The receptionist could not speak English and took a long time to check-in.

Old, broken, smelly, and there are abandoned and closed shops next to it. There is no place to buy breakfast. The ceiling is moldy and dripping. The toilet is so yellow that I dare not use it. The whole room has a strong odor and I don’t know what it smells like. There is no shampoo or shower gel, only an empty shell hanging on the wall. The TV can’t be turned on. The uncle who came to help with the problem couldn’t hear clearly. For outsiders, I had no idea what he was saying. And his tone was very irritable when I asked a few more questions. The room smells very heavily of cigarettes, the soundproofing is not good, and there is a rumbling sound when the subway passes by. People with poor sleep are not recommended to stay here. The only high praise is...the front desk staff has a great attitude! I don't know how old this hotel is, but the corridor has a feeling of going back to the 1970s.
