The location is about 20-30mins walk if u are dragging a luggage but it gets faster if you don’t have a luggage. The hotel is next to convenience stores but there are not much food options in the immediate vicinity. Overall is a basic hotel which is clean, but the hotel needs to be stricter on guests who smoke in the public areas. The corridors are filled with smoke and cigar smell and there’s no ventilation for the smell to escape. When i asked the manager why they allow the guests to smoke in the corridor she said they talked to the guests but can’t do anything else. This is not only a nuisance to other guests but also a major fire hazard. Other minor things, they have a fridge in the room but it does not work. I can only say I will not return again.

Service is good. Relatively close to the port. However, it doesn't have much amenities and restaurants around the area. The hotel is clean.But the staff's understanding English is just fair.

The hotel location is 10 mins walking distance but with a heavy luggage you have to take a taxi. Some taxis don't want to go to a suck close-by hotels. I extended my stay by 1 day and to get the another days' fare the staff knocked at my door at 9 pm asking to pay asap immediately though they did not speak a word of English and used their phone to translate. I asked them if I could pay the next morning when I check out and they refused as if not trusting me. My Intl credit card did not work in this hotels so I had to pay cash. I will not stay in this hotel next time., my stay with the above argument was not happy. There are better hotels in Luohu area.

A family came to Shenzhen to stay in this hotel. It is very convenient to travel. There is a convenience store next to it. It is very convenient to take the subway to Luohu Station, about 900 meters away. Next to it is Dongmen Old Street. Shopping is also very convenient. The front desk 246 service is great

I brought my daughter to stay in this hotel. The room was very clean. I felt that the tatami room was more suitable for children. The breakfast had small sausages that children loved. The girl at the front desk 246 was also very nice and her service attitude was very enthusiastic. I will come again next time

Place: It is about a 15-minute walk from Luohu Port and Luohu Metro Station, about 5-7 minutes by taxi, and about a 15-minute walk from Guomao Metro Station. There is Jinguanghua Shopping Center near Guomao Station, with supermarkets and restaurants. The location is quite convenient. Room: The first room I was given after check-in had a strong smell of smoke. After telling the front desk staff, it became normal after changing to another room. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were good, the air conditioner was good, no sound, and the bathroom had hot water. The room is large and well-lit. There is a lamp on the table and a hair dryer, but it has a very small wattage. Service staff: The attitude of all the front desk, restaurant, and room service staff was very good, especially the three front desk staff who were very nice. Hotel breakfast: Passengers staying at the hotel can purchase the buffet Chinese breakfast provided by the restaurant for only RMB 20, which is a good value. Overall stay experience: 4.5/5 Will go again if I go to Shenzhen again
