My experience at the COLI Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff at the front desk, Manoj and Mika, as well as the Guest Service Center staff, were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities were top-notch; the state-of-the-art fitness center was perfect. Every aspect of the hotel was designed with luxury and convenience in mind. As for the food, it was a culinary delight. The chefs clearly have a passion for their craft, presenting a menu that was both innovative and delicious. Each meal was an adventure in taste, with fresh ingredients and beautifully plated dishes. Overall, my stay was delightful in every way. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality travel experience in Shenzhen. It's great to hear you had such a wonderful time!

The Coli Hotel in Longang, Shenzhen China is outstanding! The rooms are large and the amenities are very good. The front desk staff is very pleasant and accomodating. The breakfast and dinner buffets are sumptuous! Everything from a traditional western style to asian foods are well prepared and nicely presented. Absolutely beautiful lobby. The gym is well appointed.  I was really surprised when I entered my room and found a very spacious and luxury room,The bed was perfectly firm and the pillows perfect,I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in the neighborhood.

Hotel was very clean, cozy, breakfast was amazing, location was very good, staff were very friendly and smiling.

Chose this hotel due to location - 10mins walking distance to the Universiade Shenzhen Gymnasium stadium (for JacksonWang’s amazing concert!) but ended very impressed by hotel service - they helped with taxi booking (as I was unfamiliar with the DiDi app at first), very helpful to make sure I was clear how to find location to book cab wherever I went, ensured I had taxi ready for airport, housekeeping always making sure our amenities supplied are refilled and sufficient - truly lived up to hospitality standards!! Staff were always friendly and served with a smile. I will surely stay again. Room was clean, bed was super comfortable and I enjoyed the bathtub much. Love that their shower area, WC and bathtub are all clearly nicely separated too. Hygienic!

A very convenient location, a 10-15 mins walking distance away from 大運体肓館。 A 25 mins walk to metro station to join Shenzhen metro network. Room is comfortable with sufficient amenities.

Not like a 5star. Room have cig smell. V old furnishings.

The Coli is a huge hotel with open lobbies and large rooms. Beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet. I had a great stay and will return. My only complaint is that the non-smoking policy is not enforced. During my stay I encountered groups of people smoking in the lobby and even inside the elevators. The management should take this policy more seriously.

The hotel was a lot further out than I realised, and was a ¥200 yuan taxi ride to the airport. Otherwise it is beautiful and If you have the time or inclination to get out of the city for a day or two I thoroughly recommend! The staff don’t speak a lot of English but they do their best to be helpful. The pool on 6th floor is outside and beautiful, open until 9pm.

Cozy and clean amenities close to industrial area.

Came here with my son to see Jay Chou's concert. Because of the typhoon in Shanghai, we contacted Miss Lin Jiao from the front office in advance. She enthusiastically helped to arrange the room, Jay Chou's bracelet, and the hotel also gave me Mid-Autumn Festival mooncakes. It felt like returning home and I was very satisfied. I will come again next time I have the chance to come to Shenzhen. 😀😀😀

Arrived at the hotel at 3:20 pm. There were many people checking in at the front desk, most of them were there to watch Jay Chou’s concert🤣 The little girl at the front desk was slow to check in, and there were long queues at several places. The hotel gave each guest a mooncake gift box and Jay Chou’s fan club bracelet😄 Service: The hotel’s service is worthy of praise👍🏻

This is my second stay. The environment and service are as good as ever. Clean and tidy. Efficient and warm. The best choice for watching concerts in Longgang. Recommended. Two bottles of soft drinks were given as gifts. Not bad.

Came to watch JAY's concert. The hotel is very close to the venue, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared concert peripherals for fans and gave away mooncakes! The lobby is grand, the room is just okay, after all, it's a bit old, but overall I am satisfied!

Very good, the first choice for watching concerts, about ten minutes walk to the Universiade Stadium, the environment is also good, the front desk lady is very polite, the attitude is very good service, also added WeChat, helped to get the charger.
