酒店衞生不乾淨，小蚊子特別多，隔音效果不是很好，樓下KTV，需要2瓶水要付費，出來玩這麼多次第一次聽説
不過前台服務態度還是挺好的

垃圾，根本不值這個價，房間跟圖片不符，房小的可憐，有蟑螂，隔音太差，晚上隔壁KTV唱歌吵**，早上就阿姨説話聲音吵，前台態度也不好。

4.8的評分不知從何而來，特別是多要一個枕頭，都很難滿足，最後在我強烈要求下，才給我一個。住了深圳很多酒店這是最差的一次體驗！

本來在攜程網定的情侶主題房，到了前台説是迷你房要加40元才給升級豪華主題房。太坑人了。我在攜程網定的居然沒找到訂單，隔音效果是真的不行。不會再去第二次了
