Facilities: Very poor. There was no hot water in the hotel at twelve o'clock, and there was no water in the shower at all. I called the front desk and was informed that the hot water pipe was broken and it would take an hour or two before hot water was available. There was also feedback that there was no water in the shower. Only a security guard came to check the situation and said that he could arrange a shower in the next room, but nothing happened in the end. (ps: The room next door also has cold water!)
Cleanliness: Very poor. There are no disposable slippers and the toothbrushes are all used. The sheets and quilts were damp, and the door couldn't be locked.
Service: Very poor. It doesn't solve the problem at all, five-star service, four-star hotel, it's really funny.

The hotel is nice, but I don’t understand why I didn’t occupy someone else’s car space when I parked in your parking lot on the first day. I didn’t take it seriously when there were oil stains on the car windows. When I got home, I discovered that the car roof was completely stained. It's oil. The car wash guy said it was oil that was poured on it. Where did the oil come from?

過來親戚家做客，酒店在旁邊，這麼大的酒店，價格這麼實惠，環境衞生都可以，最主要是房間很安靜，對於我這個睡眠質量淺的太適合了，一樓餐廳的菜味道不錯，海鮮也多，價格還便宜，前台小妹服務不錯，送了早餐卷，不錯，推薦。
