Old hotel with good location. Room is big and spacious. But area look old

Good friendly staff with a pleasant attitude towards foreigners. Room are spacious but still has an outdated feel to it. Location is very convenient.

Don’t be pulled back by the 90’s backdated feel but in fact the hotel has all it got as a 5 star hotel. Overall very good!

5 mins away from the metro station, surrounded with some good restaurants

Old hotel with new room, nice location, walking distance to the mall and to the train station.
The room is nice and clean (only if you get the new room, because some of my friend stay in the old room and said, it was very old.

Hotel is very clean and the amenities are amazing.
But most of all, their services are top notch. They provide free ironing and free gym during our stay.
The receptionists are all very friendly. Carol Liang is truly a sweetheart, she’s very polite and super helpful. She makes our stay so much better and help with all of our needs.
Definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area

An old hotel building and ambiance, however they have a good location nearby shops & foods. Since Im travelling for business and not speaking Chinese, the Management MUST improving the communication of their staff, there are a lot front liners CANNOT english speaking and it was irritating. As a 5 Stars hotel, some of your guest from overseas country. The breakfast quite ok with local selections and taste good.

The hotel is at a great location with many options around and inside for food, activities and relaxation. The service is good and staff will make extra effort with a smile. Will definitely recommend when visiting Shenzhen and will return. 😊

Location is great with easy access to tourist, shopping and food options in town. Counter service was great too. Appreciated the flexibility in making arrangements for early check in when I arrived early
