The location of the hotel is good and it's close to the metro station (within 5 minutes walking distance). Room is clean and tidy, check-in time is very short. You can find many restaurants at nearby area.

The room smelled of something bad, possibly mold or dust. The toilet was really small and the shower wasn’t closed so we got water on all of the towels every time and the floor was always wet. The stuff didn’t speak english but tried to be very helpful! We needed a fridge and they put our food in the fridge in the reception. All in all nice, but what’s up with the smell?

A good hotel that gives you value for money. The cleanliness level could improve a bit since there are a lot of dust in some areas of the room. I usually stay here during weekend trips to Shenzhen/Luohu.

Unfortunately staff did not speak English. Room was small, but we booked that one on purpose.
We thought we booked near the station, which was our own mistake; we should have been at the North station.
There was smoking inside of the hotel. This in combination with the room not having a window was a bit uncomfortable.
Staff were polite and helpful.
