Room actually on the backyard, no sea view

Excellent customer service from Shawn, he worked hard to ensure we had an amazing stay. We had to book the villa option, but luckily they are only 2 mins away and it was nice to be in a quieter area. We will be back again for sure.

The hotel's location was really good, right at the beach with an amazing view! The room was really nice and everyone at the reception was lovely. The view from the room was gorgeous and i definitely plan on visiting again.

Fantastic stay. Location is excellent, right next to a lovely beach. Nice restaurants close by. Staff were very friendly and helped us out with all of ours needs. We will definitely be returning in the future

It’s right in the beach and there are convenience stores around. When I checked in they had a problem with my booking and I had to wait a while for them to fix it. I would have waited longer but I asked them if it was necessary for me to wait. The waiter at the cocktail bar was still in training and didn’t seem to know how to make cocktails. The swimming pools were beautiful and they had quad bikes to ride on the beach outsode. Some of the swimming pools were closed but the ones that were open were more than enough. Great surfing spot.

Just ok. There was sand on the floor on the room, the breakfast was limited. The staff was kind and helpful.

The environment and sanitation are OK, but their beds are so weird. They were normal when I stayed there before, but the bed in the mountain view room this time was so bad. It was so short that my feet were hanging out! The facilities are old and not as good as some of the surrounding ones!

The room is terrible, musty smell, no ventilation, the room is halfway up the mountain, no sea view, a few minutes walk to the beach, only a small sea, the sea water is quite clear, few people, nothing to eat around, Shankala place

Very nice, the bed is very comfortable, the hygiene is also very good, the service of the front desk brother is very good, we went early and arranged a room for us to store our things in advance. The closest hotel to the beach🏨

The management is not good. The room was not cleaned at 3pm. The waiter could not be called. It was not right to call the front desk and hang up after a few words. The glutinous rice chicken or rice dumplings for breakfast were bad and had a fishy smell.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is the worst value for money. It costs nearly 800 yuan a night and nothing is available! There are no slippers, bath products, and the toilet paper is gone and not replaced in advance. It is not worth the price. It is a rip-off. The service is not in place. The things in the room are the worst and old. If you go there to stay in a hotel, don't be fooled by the pictures of this hotel on the Internet. The room and bathroom were not cleaned before you were allowed to check in. It is so unkind! It is dirty everywhere.

It's OK. There are many children. Suite is suitable. The room rate is a bit expensive in summer. The room is halfway up the mountain in the villa area. You have to walk up the stairs. It's a bit scary at night. There are big snails and small snakes on the stairs. It takes a few minutes to walk to the beach. There are also restaurants on the beach. Fortunately, there are not many people on the beach. Except for the coarse sand, everything else is quite satisfactory

The hotel environment is first-class. We had a great time. There are many natural big trees on the beach. Children can play in the sand under the trees without worrying about the sun. We booked a loft room in the villa, but the front desk helped us upgrade to a room with a balcony. It was so comfortable. There was also a clothes rack on the balcony for drying clothes. We stayed for two nights before leaving.
