Still love here the most and very happy every time we going back to stay. Service is great, food is great, room is big and clean and good to sleep. The bathtub is super big. The hotel beach is the best

The hotel at first impressions was already great, the staff were helpful and had a free tea dispenser. In the room, it was HUGE and the bathtub was also HUGE. And the minibar had loads of drinks. And the pool had a ship AND a waterslide. So overall, Fantastic hotel! Also, there was a particular staff named Mia who was our main helper and helped with leading us to our rooms and helping with our luggage. Thanks to her too!

Yummy in room dining too 🩷 definitely going to come back again to stay !! They have Walmart opposite the street too 😆👍🏻

We came with our 20-month old toddler for a staycation during the long weekend. We upgraded to the club room and the service and amenities were worth it. Even though it rained on both days, there were plenty to do at the hotel. All three of us had a nice soak in the large bathtub in our room when it rained hard outside. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was huge and comfortable. The hotel was very thoughtful to have even left a child-size slippers, children dental kits, and a toddler mattress in the room. When it wasn't raining, our boy really enjoyed himself at the beach, indoor pool (and hot tub), and the waterpark, and so did we. There was also a huge outdoor playground by Joy Kids that featured several activity hubs like climbs and slides, foam construction blocks, and a merry-go-round ride. The breakfast at Mercado had a great spread that included cold cuts and cheeses, great coffees, freshly squeeze juices, and delightful pastries. We had nice simple afternoon teas and a more lavish evening cocktails at the club, but you should arrive earlier in the evenings to enjoy the full spread. Ms Jennifer was attentive and helpful when we were there and also helped us with a pleasant check-out. We highly recommend this place for families with young children.

My family and I had a lovely stay at the hotel thanks to the staff Candy and Becky! The hotel itself is very kids-friendly and greatly located in the city center of Shenzhen. The service of the staff were extremely helpful and was the highlight of our stay. Candy and Becky were proactively offering help to our family to make sure our stay was smooth and our kid got to enjoy the holiday. They were responsive and went the extra mile to meet the different needs of our family members. The service was generally heartwarming and helpful and we would love to stay at the hotel again mostly because of the service!

Great hotel for a quick family getaway. Especially the outdoor swimming pool was fantastic for young kids. The overall facilities are quite spacious and the entire family could easily spend several hours. The only downside is that they don't have enough sunbeds nearby the pool area. Staff was extremely friendly and made our experience wonderful. Special thanks to the front office staff Crystal during our check out.

The location quite near other view point and shopping mall. The facilities in room is too bad , TV and network not working.

Kids love the food and the pool. It was a great experience to spend a couple of days with families. The location is great, only a few minutes to the metro.

Everything was satisfying except the English speaking skills of the staff. It was hard to communicate with them.

Check in arrangement is really bad. Rooms won’t be ready on time. Car parking and drive out information didn’t clear, check in service should’ve settled at the same time. Breakfast tables arrangement are so messy…should’ve provided clear instructions
