We are happy groups of guest from sg. Check in is easy, location is convenient to mtr, many food near by. Rooms is spacious n service is good. Will come back next time.

Overall the environment is clean and the vibes are good. Near Luohu station and Guo Mao Station. The reception girl is nice and polite, fast check in and check out the process.

Got free upgrade to a bigger size room due to current room aircon not cold. Good service. Location is great if you catching a train at ShenZhen station

My second time, everything was perfect.
Quiet. Comfortable bed.
Didn't use laundry room this time.

Nice and clean room. Has good room amenities too. Location is very convenient as it is just beside Shenzhen railway station. The hotel staff 小熊 is very friendly and helpful too!

Had a good stay with my wife and daughter using a family room
Had adjoining rooms which was very convenient
Service from check in to check out was smooth and efficient
Plenty of shops nearby for breakfast and even had a foot massage nearby
Walking distance to many mall
My second stay at INNOGO and will definitely come back again

Hotel entrance belongs to an old building. But when you reach the reception as well as the room, it’s a lot more modern.
Room was nice and modern and really love IQiyi where there a free movies to watch especially the newer ones. Worth the stay just to watch movies as the tv only has local channels.
Location was really good near the Lo Wu train and mtr stations. Very close to shopping malls.
Breakfast was only a choice of set breakfast with two Chinese and two western type choices. But was sufficient for me.
For the price, it’s definitely worth the stay.

Good location for the train stations. I was visiting suppliers and the location worked out well for it.
