My first time staying in a Lavande Hotel in China and I must say I made a right decision. The room was clean and new and front desk receptionists Xiao Guo(小郭 ）and Miss Ren (任小姐）were extremely friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcomed which I appreciate very much. The breakfast spread was adequate and delicious too. One morning, the coffee machine broke down. My wife and I were offered complimentary Luckin latte coffee which I must say it's an excellent PR and service recovery by the hotel. The free laundromat provided by the hotel was a great help too. I can confidently say that I will choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

I loved it. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. The amenities were nice. Super convenient to get around and downstairs already has A very cheap and nice coffee shop! We didn’t make it to the included breakfast as when we got there they were closing soon so we just ate at the lovely shops nearby.

Hotel services feels good, room and public area are both tidy and clean. As for the breakfast, the taste of noodle feels goods, but not too much foods to choose. To conclude, the rating for me is good compared with the hotel prices.
