The floor bridge and toilet were so dirty that it looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years! The wall socket doesn't have a basic USB port! The passage in the room is so narrow that fat guests can't pass through! There are no robots and no express food delivery to the room!! I haven't had such a bad hotel experience in Shenzhen for a long time!
