Vienna gives a good feeling. The lobby is elegant and check-in is fast. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is comfortable, but the sound insulation is slightly poor. The breakfast is varied and fresh. The fitness facilities are complete and the front desk service is professional. However, the Wi-Fi signal is weak in some corners. During the National Day holiday, I went to Shenzhen for a few days and stayed in several hotels. The customer service staff had a good attitude and the overall service was good! Vienna International Hotel (Jingtian Branch, Futian District, Shenzhen) provided children with disposable slippers and snacks.
