Floor hallway flooring had loose interlocking wooden tiles that slid a bit when walked over. Inside the hotel room has some leftover long hair from previous guests. Fairly old furniture inside. No elevators; had to walk up to the 5th floor. Otherwise, the room was quiet enough, had sufficient heating, and was a decent size for the price.

You have to walk up the stairs to get to the hotel room. The stairs are also very clean and cost-effective. I will book again next time I go there!

Next to and opposite are relatively affordable shopping malls, shopping centers, Walmart, and across Longgang Road is Dafen Oil Painting Village. There are also classic Shenzhen flavors around: affordable restaurants with local flavors, cheap but good fruit vendors, two cinemas, Xingduli Shopping Mall and many shops on the hill behind it. The hotel is clean and comfortable inside, and the floor and corridor are made of easy-to-clean materials, which makes people feel at ease.

Next to the subway, convenient transportation. The sanitation is good, but the air conditioner needs to be cleaned. The mattress is very soft. There is a barbecue restaurant in the vegetable market downstairs, and there is some smoke at night. Overall it is OK.
