The front desk was very friendly and patient. The front desk manager was nice and gentle. The security guard was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage. It was great. I will stay here again next time 👍👍👍👍👍

The room is spacious and the location is average. There are not many food options nearby. The front desk service is good. Check-out can be extended until three o'clock. It would be better if it can be upgraded for free. There are no Hong Kong TV stations.
