The service attitude was poor. The shower head in the room I stayed in at the beginning was disconnected and the pipes were separated. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that there was no room. In fact, some people who did not want to change were not allowed to check out. I later told them to call the consumer service hotline. Only then were they willing to help me change rooms.
