I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Airport, and it was a flawless experience from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly situated for travellers, offering the ultimate convenience of being right at the airport (just a 7 minutes walk from the gate with clear directions). What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Eric Chen and Molly were absolute standouts—professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. I had a parcel to send to my supplier, but as I do not have China mobile number, I was unable to send the parcel. Eric went out of the way to assist me by helping me to make the parcel booking with his phone. The staff dedication to customer satisfaction is evident and greatly appreciated. The rooms are modern, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The dining options were fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious choices to suit any palate. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Airport. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

Easy access from terminal 3 by foot. Use gate 16 to reach the hotel.

It was really great, especially the room, location and staff.

So convenient. Just a walk from terminal to reach at the hotel lobby . I arrived late and all I need is a good shower and rest. This hotel seem to have it all. So cozy.

Absolutely amazing stay. One night before flying out. Had the afternoon tea and it was delicious. Excellent staff and service. From terminal short walk to hotel from exit 16 from arrivals hall and then to third floor there is a walking brindle between airport and hotel.

Everything is great in this hotel , clean , room big , even can see airport and airplanes. Breakfast is super nice , staff so friendly, service great . Aldo can go airport for eat lunch or dinner. Just swimming pool is so cold , 28° , i don’t like this in hotel

It is so good!!! So wonderful!!! The hotel is so fancy and was much nicer than expected, there were a lot of hotel facilities, and the buffet is fantastic! I really recommend everyone to stay in this hotel, will come again if we will take a flight to or from the Shenzhen Airport.

It is right next to the Shenzhen airport, very convenience. We ordered room service on arrival (9pm) and we have to wait for almost an hour for the food. The food is fairly ok. Room facilities are good.
