The room was ok and was somewhat clean. But the front desk lady was just like a grouchy old grandma that couldn’t really care less. She did help us get settled in the room, but she wasn’t very friendly and acts as if all the guests are a nuisance. She’s doing you a favour and she wants you to know it. The room however is like the photos and check in is smooth.

There is a nucleic acid point downstairs. It is very convenient to do nucleic acid every day. This place was recommended by a friend. It is clean and hygienic. The proprietress is from Chaoshan, and she is very enthusiastic. She provides tea sets and free tea, just like my own home! Bell stick A~

我懷着無比憤怒與失望的心情，向你們投訴舉報鳳凰印象公寓管理公司黃貝嶺店，這家店的種種惡劣表現已經嚴重影響到了租客的正常生活，實在是讓人忍無可忍，必須要嚴肅處理！
首先，説説公寓內的傢俱情況，那簡直是破敗不堪。傢俱看上去陳舊無比，不少櫃門都是鬆鬆垮垮的狀態，感覺隨時都可能掉落下來砸傷人。而打開櫃子，裏面更是觸目驚心，有着極為嚴重的污漬，黑乎乎、臟兮兮的，讓人根本不敢往裡麪放置任何物品。
再看看電器方面，更是糟糕透頂。油煙機上滿滿都是油污，根本就沒有進行過正常的清潔維護，每次使用都感覺像是在“**”，油煙瀰漫得整個屋子都是。而洗衣機呢，功能嚴重老化，就拿最簡單的衣服脱水來説，那效果差到極致，脱水後的衣服依舊濕漉漉的，掛起來那水滴就跟下雨似的，滴答滴答響個不停，一整晚都別想睡個安穩覺，這脱水功能甚至還比不上用手擠壓來得有效，簡直就是個擺設！
更過分的是，一星期前我遺留了些衣服在公寓，回來取的時候，他們居然説丟掉了，絲毫沒有意識到這是租客的私人財物，沒有一點尊重他人財產的意識。
而在出現問題後所謂的協商過程，更是一場“霸權”鬧劇。他們口口聲聲説會協商負責，可實際上呢，整個協商過程完全由他們主導，客户提出的合理訴求一概被無視，完全按照他們的想法來推進。衹要客户不接受他們那所謂的提案，他們就把責任推得一乾二淨，還倒打一耙説是客户不配合，這種蠻不講理的態度，真的是讓人失望至極。
還有衞生方面，整個公寓的衞生狀況差到令人髮指，灰塵隨處可見，角落堆滿了垃圾，公共區域更是異味熏天，完全沒有一個適宜居住的環境該有的樣子。
我強烈要求相關部門能夠重視我的投訴舉報，對鳳凰印象公寓管理公司黃貝嶺店進行嚴格的審查和整治，讓他們儘快整改這些問題，還租客們一個舒適、乾淨、能正常生活的居住環境，也給廣大消費者一個公平公正的交代！
