When I checked out this afternoon, I reflected back to the bellman on the third floor and the two ladies at the front desk. The three of them responded very politely, respectfully and appropriately. Their performance added to the good image of the hotel and deserves praise. Please ask the hotel to represent the three of them👍👍👍👍👍
