空調特別舊，噪音特別大.看了差品還入住真的後悔. 116一晚上沒睡好，真不如住在肯德基免費休息.還有特別小氣，一般旅館，一般一間房會配兩瓶水. 我拿了兩衹水，酒店前台説半天.

哭死，老鼠在衞生間隔板上爬了一夜，看樣子是幾衹大老鼠，一晚上衹睡了兩小時，老鼠跑來跑去的，可能下面就是菜市場小吃街，我真的會謝。空調不能開，一開聲音巨大，桌面很臟很臟，他們換床單的時候都不順便抹一下桌面的嗎，很厚的一層灰，桌面東西亂擺，看來他們打掃衹負責拖拖地換換床單。幸好洗完澡過來的，那環境沒法洗，馬桶打開有…毛髮，哪哪都臟，左邊右邊走廊隔音都差，旁邊的人拔一下插頭能聽到聲音，走廊走路能聽到，吹風機在外面，房間有異味，一股窒息感。前台小哥挺好説話，第一間離市場近，很吵，要求換一間，第二間空調壞了，一開就一衹大飛蛾，第三間勉強萬萬沒想到有大老鼠。這不能叫酒店，賓館都比這強。第二晚果斷換酒店，後面換到羅湖中心，也就多了20塊錢，天啊，人家這環境，哪哪都乾淨，放了香包，桌面一塵不染，也就多了20塊錢哪，人家地段還更好呢！！！真的第一次差評，跟老鼠多住一晚絕對第二天要去醫院打吊瓶，老鼠就差順着衞生間排風口爬下來了，惡寒

從來不給差評，這是第一次，環境很差勁，衞生也很差，毛巾都凸路毛了，門鎖也鎖不上，最主要的是頂棚有老鼠來回跑，一晚上沒敢睡覺，找酒店要求退房，退房費，竟然不給退，還説衞生條件沒問題，老鼠在頂棚跑，不是在酒店內部嗎？頂算老鼠要在床上跑才算有老鼠嗎？頂棚不屬於酒店範圍嗎？一個小旅館衞生條件都比你好，你還敢説是酒店，老實退款啥事沒有、非得攜程介入，還不給退；最後還是攜程給解決的，你們哪來的勇氣不給退款呢！必須差評
