4 front desk employees were dealing with one difficult customer. Why couldn't 1 of them help us check-in? Made us wait... Renovation is a little dated but otherwise clean and good value rooms.

Decent hotel at a convenient location. Definitely a great choice if you're visiting Shenzhen.

Big Room, big bed , good service

One reason not to visit again: Despite listing "all rooms non-smoking", a resident on the same floor smoking in the room, and opened the door, leaving the lounge filled with the smell of smoke, complained to the waiter, the answer was: "no way"! The room has a "no smoking" notice and even provides an ashtray! Very ironic.

Very cost-effective! The room environment is clean, the mattress and pillows are comfortable, and the towels are thick and soft! There is a 7-11 next to the hotel's front desk, and there are many restaurants including McDonald's in the shopping mall opposite. I will choose this place whenever I come to Shenzhen for a short stay in the future.

There is very little service at the front desk. I was traveling with my mother. The front desk saw that the elderly had specially arranged a shower room so that they didn't have to step into the bathroom to take a shower. The overall service was also very good.

The room is nice, with two beds and it is spacious enough for a family. The surrounding transportation is convenient. The hotel ticket includes a bus to Lianhuashan Park and Guanshanyue Art Museum. It is very close to Dongmen Pedestrian Street and even closer to Luohu Art Museum. The "Muxiang" Hunan restaurant opposite the hotel is delicious, and there is also a McDonald's.

The room is clean, a little old, the location is easy to find, close to the East Gate and subway entrance, the price is affordable, the parking lot is small and difficult to park.
