I book this apartment hotel every time I come to Shenzhen. The service is attentive. The customer service helped me turn on the air conditioner before coming. The environment is very hygienic and clean, and the transportation is convenient. This place is worth recommending. I have stayed in so many hotels and this is the best.

Facilities: The layout is very unreasonable. A large sofa is spread all over the living room. There is no place for people to move around. The same is true for the bed. It is impossible to get on it. The toilet won't flush. The bed was very uncomfortable. It's concave and very hard, and it feels like a bed for the elderly. The door is difficult to open, even after entering the password many times. How come there is such a weird hotel apartment?
