The hotel front desk was very considerate. They called me in advance to inform me that it was raining in Shenzhen and I should bring an umbrella. After arriving at the hotel, they poured me a cup of hot tea and took the initiative to upgrade the room type. The service attitude was very good and patient. The room was clean and tidy.
