We learned through telephone communication with you that the housekeeper had informed you of the problem with the air conditioner when you checked in. We found a professional air conditioner maintenance personnel to check on site and told us that the low indoor temperature would cause condensation to accumulate on the air conditioner outlet blades. However, there was still a water leakage problem when you checked in. Our housekeeper was still actively communicating with you at one or two o'clock in the morning about how to deal with the dripping air conditioner.
