When we didn't agree to change rooms, Auntie directly pressed the code lock to enter. If she hadn't had the habit of locking the door, she would have rushed in. and! No apology even knowing someone was inside. Furthermore, after I told me that the cobwebs behind the door and the wall had not been cleaned, my aunt scolded me and told me to tell my boss that cleaning was done once a month so we couldn’t clean up the dead spots. 這是因店家扯謊引發的不愉快事件。因為入住當天有重要述職，特地提前一天電話詢問網絡，得到店家誠諾可以給開有獨立路由器的房間，於是特地取消別家來這家，當入住當天就發現路由器根本連不上，衹有樓道公共wifi，且公共WiFi信號特別差，一定不穩定，屢次掉線，真是把人騙來就不用管了呀，誒

房間乾淨整潔，整體都很舒適，最喜歡的一點就是有陽台！住的很舒服，下次過來還會選擇這裏，很温馨的一家公寓，很贊

環境還可以，屬於公寓式酒店，密碼鎖很方便，提前訂好房就跟客服聯繫了，所以房號和密碼都是發到微信上的，房間很大，就是洗漱用品提供的不是很全面，沒有浴帽，沒有棉簽，沒有梳子，牙刷品質不是那麼好，品質比較次，沒有衣架，沒有辦法晾衣服，我跟服務人員聯繫，服務人員説可能是上一個客人拿走了，聯繫管家送，但是管家也沒有送過來，後面衣服沒辦法很好的晾曬，希望管家服務要提升，檢查房間要仔細，沒有的用品要及時補上。

設施：設施很新穎，沒有那種老舊的感覺，洗衣機啥的都有 衞生：房間乾淨整潔，沒有異味 環境：周圍環境很安靜 服務：前台服務態度很好。
