I just tried this hotel and I was really pleasantly surprised! The room is clean and tidy, warmly decorated, fully equipped and easy to use. I slept peacefully here and woke up refreshed. The sound of airplanes at night was quiet and could hardly be heard in the room. It was also very close to the airport, making it very convenient to travel there. I sincerely recommend it to everyone, it is a great accommodation choice!

I came here to participate in a conference and exhibition. I saw that this hotel opened this year on Ctrip's page. I thought it was a new hotel and saw good reviews. However, when I arrived, I found that it had been simply renovated. When I entered the room, the smell of smoke was huge. The smell of dampness came to my nose, and the hotel sofa was covered in white wool, and the mattress was uncomfortable. The breakfast environment the next day was extremely worrying. The environment inside was really unacceptable. I checked out a day early. The room is ready. I hope Ctrip will supervise the reviews and give more real reviews! It’s so terrible not to be able to live outside!

服務：忍不住吐槽了，第二天居然沒有打掃房間。
我跟同事一早出門，直到晚上八點回酒店一開門房間跟早上出門的狀態一樣。兩個大老爺們住，一天不打掃房間，這個服務不敢恭維。説展會忙，阿姨有疏忽。展會忙我理解，一天到晚上都沒打掃我不理解，明明就是忘了打掃，服務流程有問題，不要找展會原因。十幾年的出差商旅歷程，大大小小、高中低檔全國各城市各類酒店都住過。這是我第一次碰到忘記打掃房間的酒店。深圳星程有點打臉了。後續安排阿姨來補打掃了房間，值班經理也道了歉，但我還是從心裏很不舒服。①出去工作一天已經很辛苦了，影響了我本該休息的時間。②酒店只是口頭做了道歉，並沒感到誠心的道歉及給我們造成的不便。希望星程或者華住會的相關領導，看到這個評價可以跟我聯繫下。給出未來如何杜絕這個情況發生的實際解決方案，不要再給其他住客帶來不便及麻煩。如果三個工作日內沒有接到跟蹤電話，我將投訴到華住會客服總部，讓你們公司的客服部給出更合理的方案。

酒店服務非常好，前台特別熱心，周圍小吃超市離酒店非常近。房間乾淨整潔，客房大姐們打掃房間也很利索，很仔細也很貼心。酒店在機場附近，距離會展中心也很近，附近一公里多就有地鐵站，整體還是不錯的。
