The laundry detergent is packaged separately. It is recommended to use 2-3 bags to wash a bucket each time. If you only use one bag, there will be less foam. The breakfast restaurant has a good environment. There are not many options but the taste is ok. The desserts are delicious. The coffee is very strong. Those who like American or espresso will like it. Hygiene: The room we stayed in for the first time was not clean. There was mineral water in the cabinet, tea stains on the mouth of the cup, and hair on the floor. After feedback, the front desk changed our room. The attitude of the front desk was still good, but the auntie had a slightly worse service awareness. Because we needed to change the four-piece suit again, she complained on the phone behind our backs, but we heard it when we returned to get things. It was quite embarrassing. Service: The attitude of the two girls who received us when we checked in was not bad, but the boy who checked out was slightly worse. We asked what time was the latest check-out time, and he said without any expression that it could be two o'clock, but he needed to give a good review. So we left after 12 o'clock, and let's forget about delayed check-out. Other colleagues have membership cards and said that the normal check-out time for all seasons is 2 o'clock, and the delay is 4 o'clock. In addition, colleagues said that there is no check-out gift that other hotels would give, maybe because I am not a VIP. The room is good overall. The king-size bed room is relatively small. After changing to a premium king-size bed, it is slightly more spacious, but not too big. The sound insulation effect is ordinary. The occupancy rate of my floor is low, so I didn't hear too much sound, but the only one or two doors and corridors are still quite obvious, which does not affect normal rest. It is better than the economy hotel I stayed in before. In summary, there are shortcomings but it is still recommended.

The external environment is that some residents' houses have a lot of trash cans downstairs, which sometimes causes mosquitoes to fly into the hotel lobby. It is estimated that no one has stayed in the room for a while. The quilt is very dusty and there are water stains on the table. The sanitary environment is really needed. Improve it =(
