Just next to metro station since it is new developed area, there are not many shops or anything surround. K11 shopping mall is not yet opened. Other than that, everything is great

Other than the hotel location was a little bit remote, and it was hard to locate the hotel when it was dark outside. The interior and facilities inside the hotel was excellent. The staff Eddie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He explained to us places to visit in the surrounding area, and upgraded our room for the night. I am very satisfied with my stay there.

It's a nice hotel in a quiet area. Very convenient for when you need to take the ferry from Shekou (to Hong Kong or Macau). Rooms are great. My only complaint was that my room was very warm and stuffy and the aircon could not be turned out. Staff initially told me to open a window but my room type had no windows that could open. For the second night they gave me a room with a window that could be opened but still I find it weird that the hallways, elevators and restaurant were cool but the rooms themselves are not. Other than that it's a very nice modern hotel and good value. Breakfast was great.

We stayed in room 2325 and had an incredibly uncomfortable experience due to the air-conditioning not working. The room temperature was 28°C, even though it was much cooler outside. Despite setting the thermostat to 19°C, the room remained unbearably hot, forcing us to open the window to cool it down. Unfortunately, loud construction next door began at 5 AM, making it impossible to get any rest.
When we informed the manager about these issues at checkout, he simply shrugged and told us the air-conditioning was broken throughout the hotel. This is completely unacceptable for a property of this standard. Guests pay for a comfortable and functional room, not to endure a sleepless night in sauna-like conditions with added noise. This experience was far below the expectations we have for a hotel like Hyatt.

The hotel is quite new and located close to the Shekou Ferry Terminal (walking distance). Also very convenient to all other locations in Sea World. Rooms are really big. We booked a standard room, the view was very nice, room size above average and everything new and well maintained. We did not use the breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gym is quite small but at least has a few things. Very convenient and really new and big hotel rooms.
