I booked a double bed room. When I checked in, I showed my Ctrip booking number and asked if I could get a free room upgrade and check-out time. The front desk clerk said that the upgrade was not possible and the check-out time was 12 noon; but when I showed him that the order had been Confirm two Ctrip membership rights, the first is free room upgrade, and the second is delayed check-out until 2 p.m. The front desk clerk told me that it was OK. Although I could finally enjoy these two rights, I felt that the hotel did not provide it proactively and the service attitude needed to be improved.

本次住酒店體驗得給滿分，房間挺不錯的，在其他酒店點個外賣要自己下去拿，這邊的沒想到還有個機器人給我送上來就很有意思，真是挺方便的，還有個免費停車真是實惠啊哈哈哈

環境：乾淨整潔舒適，但是房間有一點小，雙床房建議放兩個椅子，單獨一個椅子不夠坐。
衞生：衞生方面做得挺好的，看起來乾淨整潔。
設施：喜歡酒店裡的枕頭很舒服，酒店的設施都還可以。

衞生一般般，地也沒拖，主要是訂的大床房説是17 18平，實際上就十來平左右，巨小無比，和我在香港訂的12平的一樣大，真的無語😅，退房路過其他房間，每個都比我們大一大圈
