Th experience was nice, very convenient location and comfortable room

Hotel was quite nice. I am not from China and my putonghua is limited so it was a little bit difficult to communicate with staff without a translator app, but it was still a decent experience. Room was really nice and so was the bathroom. The hotel also has a small gym. Breakfast was just standard and not too amazing, but the inclusion of it is nice to have. There is a nearby mall which is about a 5 minute walk. Only thing is this location is far from Futian which is where I usually visit for travel.

Staying in Atour was the right choice for me. I booked the hotel early. On the day my mother came, I chose a hotel close to the company, Atour in University Town. In the afternoon, I received a call from the hotel from a young man. He was very enthusiastic and asked me carefully about my check-in time and check-in requirements. He learned that the elders were staying, arranged a quiet room and added WeChat to send the location of the hotel. It was still the young man who received us. After settling my mother, I went to work. I got off work early in the afternoon and took my mother out for a walk and dinner. On the way, I asked my mother how she was staying. She said: The room is very good. The young man here is very enthusiastic and sent milk. As she was talking, my mother took out a lunch box. At first, she didn't care what it was. After opening it and asking what it smelled, she knew it was sausage. My mother wrapped it herself. At that time, I was happy and wanted to cry. Before the New Year, our hometown had the habit of making sausages and bacon. During the New Year and festivals, I couldn't get away from work because of work, and I didn't eat any of the delicious food made at home. "I asked the young man to heat it up for me. Let's eat it while it's hot. Otherwise, it will be bad if it gets cold," said my mother. I almost cried. I am really grateful to Atour for giving me the opportunity to eat the sausage made by my mother. It is only with such a hotel that I feel at home. I wish Atour Hotel in University Town will have better and better business. Come on! I will choose Atour again next time I stay.

The hotel environment is good. The location is also very good. The front desk staff is also very nice and responsible. It took me an hour to find the card in the elevator. I will choose it again next time I come to Shenzhen
