Two bedrooms and one living room, very suitable for a family of three, with complete facilities, especially air conditioning and washing machines. The surrounding environment is very good, the room is quiet, the doorman is very friendly and warm service.
Pets can stay, which is a key factor in my choice.
This is my third stay here in two years. If I come to Shenzhen to reunite with my children in the future, I will choose here again.

1. Hygiene: It is recommended to hire more aunties to clean the place, or improve the hygiene standards. If the store just does business casually, it doesn't matter if people come or not, then the hygiene can be kept as it is;
2. The place is really convenient, it is convenient to all the large factories around, and it will be convenient to take the subway after the subway is repaired;
3. The housekeeper service is very good and patient;
4. As for the facilities in the house, it is considered to have all the necessary ones.
The sanitary environment is too bad. It can be cleaner at this price. The bathroom smells and is very heavy. The refrigerator cannot be touched and sticks to the hands. The washing machine is leaking. When I sit on the sofa, there are paper towels used by the previous tenant under the sofa. Shengang Apartment Hotel is more than 2 kilometers walk from Shenzhen North Station. If you are not in a hurry, you can stroll around the room facilities. The space is large with a balcony, sofa chair, and coffee table. You can bring your own tea chat. The independent network, the big color TV can also cast screens, the front desk brother is very good and also helped to upgrade the room type, The room is well lit and ventilated, a good stay experience. The autumn climate in Shenzhen is pleasant. I punched in Dameisha, Gankeng Ancient Town, Nantou Ancient City. I have a good impression. I will definitely go again if I have the opportunity.

This is the second time I have stayed. I will tell you how I feel. The first time I booked the location of the hotel. The signboard at the entrance of the apartment is not a special display. The boss plus WeChat sent me a password. The location of the apartment is very good. It belongs to the independent hotel room. The space is much better than our hotel. The room has complete supporting facilities. This point does not need to be questioned and the sound insulation of the whole room is very good. Sleeping at night is very quiet. The most important room is very clean. If it is a long-term business trip, this room is the most suitable. I wish the boss a prosperous business.

The house is nice. After all, there are tens of millions of luxury apartments across the street. There is a 24-hour spa next to Mixc World, more than 300 restaurants, and a fancy head massage. It's a five-minute walk. The location is definitely in the core business district of Shenzhen. The front desk is open 24 hours a day and SF Express will pick up the package. Convenient and safe

GGuest UserI stayed at Somerset during my eight days and seven nights in Shenzhen. I came here just to give it a try and booked only two nights. I was so satisfied that I stayed for another night and didn’t want to move out. I still want to stay but there are no suites available so I can only stay in two single rooms.
Facilities: I just want to say that the facilities are perfect. My family of five came out to celebrate the New Year. The children and the elderly were all there. We wanted to choose a two-bedroom, one-living room apartment. During the New Year, we could watch TV and eat together. I didn't expect that the things provided by Somerset gave me a big surprise. It was super complete. I cooked the New Year's Eve dinner here directly.
Hygiene: Someone comes to clean every day🧹It's very clean and you don't have to worry at all
Environment: The hotel is in Nanshan District. There is a shopping mall downstairs and there are many around. It is 15 minutes away from Shenzhen Bay MixC and MixC by taxi. The only drawback is that you need to take a bus at the door to take the subway🚌, but it is also very convenient. The main thing is that it has the best cost-effectiveness. The location and facilities are the best.
If you are also a parent-child and want to choose a two-bedroom, one-living room or three-bedroom, you will never regret it. It is really recommended

DDavid PetrosyanThis Loft Apartment turned out to be such a charming and aesthetically appealing place, it looks like it belongs to a young magazine cover model. Even the loft itself could be a model it is so photogenic, I have like 20+ pictures of this place lol. It seems like it is designed and decorated to feel that way.
It large, has a kitchen area with some glasses and utensils, a washing machine (modern) with detergents provided, 2 toilets and 1 cute shower(I’ll attach a photo of it), a big projector screen, with membership access provided, a laptop or cellphone screen could also be casted; on the first floor it has a dining place, and a big refrigerator, on the second there are 2 beds ( a double normal one, and a single tatami style one in a separate room). There is also a giant wardrobe.
And there is also the view. It adds to the charm of the apartment, the sea and mountains are awesome, and the lighthouse library is clearly visible from the windows.
The place smells nice, usually hotels in China get that annoying cigarette smell, if you know what I mean. In this loft it always smelled the way I wanted it to smell. Fresh and nice.
The environment is this bustling noisy mall area, apparently, a famous one in this district. But I ignored all these stores and markets and just went to the seaside ( 2 minutes by foot!) and there is a beautiful walkway by the sea starting right from the lighthouse. I rely like my foggy morning sea walks haha.
I recommend highly this hotel. This loft is just awesome, please, future guests, keep it that way.

Close to subway stations line 7 and line 1 and line 3. All daily necessities nearby. Room furniture is a bit out dated but comfortable. A cozy homely feeling.

IiphuriosRecently, my family of four embarked on a journey to stay at She and He International Apartment in the bustling Luohu district, and our experiences were a blend of highs and lows. Here’s the breakdown:
The Good:
The apartment is incredibly well-located, offering the convenience of being close to a major mall in Luohu, which meant shopping and dining options were abundant and just a stone’s throw away. The size and cleanliness of the room pleasantly surprised us; it was spacious and maintained to a high standard, making our stay comfortable when we were indoors.
Another highlight was the friendliness of the staff. Despite some challenges, they were always welcoming and did their best to assist us, making us feel valued and appreciated as guests.
The Not-So-Good:
Upon arrival, we were greeted with a less-than-ideal situation—the toilet in our apartment was clogged. This was certainly not the welcome we had anticipated and caused some inconvenience as we settled in.
Furthermore, accessing the apartment proved to be more challenging than expected. The building’s security measures, while understandable, created unnecessary hurdles for us as travelers. Despite presenting our booking information, we faced delays and a somewhat unwelcoming scrutiny, possibly exacerbated by a language barrier that made communication difficult.
Conclusion:
Our stay at She and He International Apartment was a tale of two experiences. On one hand, the apartment’s location, size, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff were major pluses that made our stay enjoyable. On the other hand, the initial hiccup with the toilet and the access issues through building security were significant drawbacks that impacted our overall impression.
For future guests, She and He International Apartment offers great potential for a comfortable and convenient stay in Luohu, provided that some of the logistical and maintenance issues are addressed. Would we stay here again? Possibly, but with hopes for a smoother experience next time around.

The serviced apartment is quite good especially the location steps away from the Yannan subway station. The staff are truly exceptional — super helpful and friendly, and they speak English very well, which makes a big difference.
The hotel itself isn’t brand new, but it’s very cozy and well-maintained. Breakfast includes both local and Western options, which is a great touch.
Location is another big plus: just a short walk to the metro and the ferry terminal, and surrounded by a wide range of restaurants and bars — some of the best-known in all of Shenzhen. Plus, the sea is just around the corner.

If you need something later, such as invoices, you can directly ask the butler on WeChat, and they will be delivered to you, which is quite convenient. There is also a washing machine, which is suitable for people like me who don’t like to wash things. You can also cook, but I didn’t do it. I also bought some drinks and put them in the refrigerator. I came back to drink them at night. It feels like there is everything, a bit like home. Although it is an apartment B&B, it is quite clean. There is also a scent of aromatherapy when you come in. I am always on business trips and rarely sit down to watch TV. I turned on the projector at night and watched it. I rarely watch the projector, so I just watched it casually. It’s quite interesting. The most important thing is this scenery. I like it very much. It was taken in the evening. It’s really beautiful. Then one was taken when I went downstairs to eat at night. It was taken at the sightseeing elevator at the end I sent it to my friends and they all said it was nice. Hehe (*^▽^*).
