Hilda Hotel (Longhua Qinghu Subway Station)

The location of the hotel is not very close to the subway station, but there are a lot of delicious food nearby; the hotel should be newly renovated, and the facilities are better than I expected. Only the bathroom has a little smell and the exhaust is a bit noisy, but it is acceptable; apart from the convenience of cleaning A little too much dust is okay; the whole house is smart and the experience is called Xiaodu Xiaodu. However, it may be a bit inconvenient for guests who are not good at speaking Mandarin, but the overall facilities are satisfactory. We could have given it 4-5 stars, but when we arrived at the hotel, the attitude of the late-shift front desk clerk was really not very good. She kept a straight face as if we were here to beg for food, which was really uncomfortable.

The sound insulation is very poor. You can clearly hear people singing next door. It's really embarrassing that the sound insulation is so bad. Secondly, it is being renovated at ten o'clock in the morning. It takes an hour to start. I changed the bath towel twice and there was still hair in it.

原本看着新開的酒店來體驗一下，沒想到酒店前台愛答不理的，房間的衞生也很敷衍，地上還有垃圾，床品也不乾淨，睡了一晚感覺渾身難受很癢，隔音也很差，隔離説話聲音聽的清清楚楚，房間頂上是中空的，是不是會有老鼠跑動的聲音，很恐怖，要不是這幾天深圳暴雨真的待不下去，一晚上都在擔驚受怕中度過

差評，體驗很差，辦理入住等了很久，前台不熟練，辦完之後上去開不了門房卡沒給弄好，進去之後發現給我開的是1.5米的床，我定的是1.8米的，又下去找前台，不認錯還説就是1.8米的，在要求下重新換了一件1.8米的床，換了的房間衞生很差 還有上個房客沒丟的垃圾 見圖一，然後房間很小窗户很小見圖三，另外就是衞生間滲水到房間見圖二，最後空調的風向是固定死的 對着床頭，吹一整晚完全睡不好。

房間很好，很舒適，但是你半夜通馬桶嘛？還是咋了，不知道酒店方面有沒有出門幹預，反正我是聽了差不多有一個小時的聲音了，由於當天我也很累了，不知道這個聲音持續了多久。

衞生：衞生很乾凈，房間打掃的非常乾淨 環境：店裡麪的環境比一般的酒店都要好 服務：前台小姐姐的服務態度很好，有免費的咖啡，小吃等等

服務超級差，這是二十幾年來見過服務最差的酒店，半夜給蚊子，一掌就可以打死幾個蚊子，下到前台拿蚊香，前台説沒有，叫保安拿給我，回到房間等啦一個小時，也沒見動靜，再次下去找前台，保安，前台就坐着玩手機，鳥都不鳥你，衹能自己打車去購買蚊香回來，破天荒夜譚，酒店沒有蚊香，要顧客去買，不是惡意評論，我已經投訴到平台啦，平台還沒有給出滿意的答覆

來這邊玩，發現的寶藏酒店🏨，環境很好，酒店各項服務也很到位。房間設施齊全，還有語音助手，太高級了。前台服務也很好，來這邊出差遊玩約會的首選酒店，強烈推薦🫰
