"When arrived told that we didn’t book even though I had a confirmation email took the receptionist 40 minutes to find a room. Didn’t end up getting the room we booked. The location is good, not far from the train station at all, not too far from restaurant etc."

"This is my second time to stay at EasyHotel. My check in time was after midnight so I got in touch with hotel to let them know. They replied to me straight away and I had no problem to have a smooth check in. The room has a basic amenity but the receptionist told me that they could anything if I needed to. The receptionists were very friendly both at checking in and checking out. The location was bang on centre of city centre and very convenient. I just needed a place to sleep as my stay in Sheffield was minimum and I am 100% satisfied with EasyHotel. Like I said earlier, this is my second time. If I wasn’t happy with my first experience, I wouldn’t have booked this time."

"A business hotel without any facilities except a restaurant. Room is relatively small not even a small freezer. Breakfast is good. However, bad experience with housekeeping. No service for the room only the first day. The maid just changed the towels and did nothing to the room including the toilet. I have to request for daily clean up at the front desk. On the third day, found a large plastic bag with rubbish in my room probably the maid forgot to take out. The bag included other rubbish not from my room."

"Really nice hotel for the price, the area is a bit dodgy but the staff was very helpful, near the city centre and train station so it's pretty convenient and there's a tram stop just 2 mins away. Overall pretty good"
