"Location is near a supertram station, but the surroundings are not the best at all - beggars and buskers are operating in the area. The room has no window, but has good air conditioning. Accessible room offers a large shower room that is more than adequate for most uses, but the facilities are not well-maintained, and operations sometimes require strength beyond the usual reasonable range. The toilet's floor is not well laid, and water ponds would form once water has flown out of the designated and poorly separated 'sink', which has been reported to the reception upon check-out. Facilities are at usual easyHotel range."

The hotel, being directly attached to the Winter Garden, has a great central location and is less than ten minutes by foot to the train station (which is all wheelchair and suitcase accessible).
