Emirates is a very colorful country! Holidays in the Emirates are like an oriental fairy tale! We would like to convey a huge Ural hello to all the staff of the Arbella Boutique Hotel! There were few tourists due to the pandemic, and therefore we were taken to the beach alone. In fact, an individual transfer! Very welcoming and friendly staff. We took breakfast and dinner. Chicken and fish, in general, pretty good. The location of the hotel is very convenient, next to a large supermarket Mega Mall. within walking distance of the Parovoziki market and much more. Come and settle in safely!

100% do not book this hotel. The good reviews are fake. I am not even mentioning the rude no smile service as the reason. The actual property is faulty in every way UNLIVEABLE. The one asian lady staff is creepy not welcoming at-all. She makes you uneasy. Back to the room 1)room front door handles broken 2) bathroom door doesn’t shut also handle broken 3)extremely dirty window’s can’t see a thing 4)bathroom sink huge gushing leak every time you use the tap(the floor will flood) 5)extremely tiny rooms 6)awful cancellation policy. If you have booked a long stay and want to cancel anywhere in between looking at how unsafe and unhygienic this hotel looks. Then you will loose all of your booking money. Unlike other hotels where you get a refund of remaining nights that are 24 hours ahead. This hotel scams you writing free cancellation yet they know no one would like to stay after getting in and will cancel the rest of the stay do they make this impossible. Truly worst hotel in uae.

I stayed in this Hotel during a visit to Dubai last year. The room was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The room and services exceeded my expectations in every way. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. After I lost my phone and cards on the second day of my visit, the manager went well out of his way to help me get in touch with friends and family and get through the rest of my visit safely. I was blown away by the hospitality and kindness shown to me. 100% recommend this hotel.

My 9th stay here is as comfortable as the first one. The staff is very efficient and cooperative. Thanks to the house keeping expert Than Than who made sure to add brightness and colour with lovely masterpiece with zero compromise on cleaning. The complimentary tray of dessert delicacies was fantastic. The warm feeling of welcome from everyone make it feel like a second home. Location is excellent with best views of corniche from every room. Hotel is new and maintenance is good.

Co located in a shopping and office building there is plenty on hand to assist a stay. The Carrefour Market on the ground floor opposite the hotel lobby is extremely handy. Unfortunately, it does add to the time spent in lifts as they traverse the shopping and office levels. The hotel is not flash and is a little tired in decor, but the staff are pleasant and helpful even though they may be short of numbers for the busy times. Breakfast in the Tulip Restaurant is a good spread with many varieties of food available including a live omelette station. It’s also a pleasant view over the lagoon. The 11th floor rooms are a good size but the view can be a little drab when faced with the empty office block. The decor tiredness reveals itself in the lingering smoke smell even though the floor is a designated non-smoking zone. As to overall value, I can’t really give any pointers as I didn’t pick up the tab for my seven night stay.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Dream Palace Hotel in Ajman. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming Manager who made every effort to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms at the Dream Palace Hotel are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the room was air-conditioned, which was especially important during the hot summer months. The breakfast was particularly impressive, and delicious especially the cheese omelet The hotel's location is also a major plus. It is situated in the heart of Ajman, with easy access to the city's top attractions, including the Ajman Museum, the Corniche, and the Ajman Beach. This is our 2nd visit ito the Bahi Ajman Palace hotel. We visited this place 1st in April this year. We liked it so much that we decided to come here again. Clean cosy rooms, a very effective, good and polite team of servismen, who clean the rooms evey day very effectivly. We liked also the hotel restaurant. The restaurant servismen work very quickly, quietly, professionally. They are very polite and frendly. They do what you want immedeately and with kind smiles. We'd like to mention these men as especially very good and kind men who work in the restaurant - Sohel, R aj, Sanjay, Roshani. We liked the restaurant food, especially rich and generous dinners. The beach is regularly cleaned and the people who work there are redy to help at any moment. Thank you Soju for medical help. In geneal all the people who work at the hotel are highly professional helpful kind and good. Thank you everybody.

FF.DThis hotel is like a sand castle from a fairy tale movie. We had a very nice suite next to the sea with very beautiful views. We got complementary upgrade as our room was on the first floor and a bit close to the swimming pool. All the people who work there are so amazing, Monica, nemma, Allam, and Ahmad the booking manager was sweet and helpful. They upgraded us to the best executive suite during the rain to make sure we are safe. Food was amazing and all service personnel were very professional and quick to accommodate. Very happy we spend our short vacation here. Looking forward to seeing everyone again. I highly recommend Sheraton Sharjah and would visit again for sure.

GGuest UserI had the best experience staying at novotel. My family they enjoyed very well and we will surely come back and recommend to other friends and families. Its agood hotel for families mostly the swimming pool is out door and they have a kids playing area which is very nice. Good and clean gym with good equipments and the services are super starting from the front desk upon checkin the stuffs are welcoming, smiling, and so helpful. The breakfast is super b and house keeping team are so professional. In general you guys really made my stay memorable can't wait to come back.

Very great hotel! The staff were very hospitable and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with no complaints. Very communicative & cooperative staff, especially the head of the reservation team- was very easy-going and understanding of all of mine and friends’ needs and it facilitated us accordingly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who has either a long-stay or a short-stay visit. Also very comfortable for a group of girls. Pretty certain a family would be satisfied too.

GGuest UserGood day! Rest in January 2023. First of all, perhaps, our settlement was taking place at night. We were met by the carrier and took all the bags. Next we followed to the hall where the service staff met us. Everyone was welcome and smiley. The settlement went very quickly. The room was clean and comfortable, every room had a TV, the equipment was all in a good condition. The bathrooms were clean. The room was cool, smelled pleasant in both rooms and hotel. Beds are very comfortable, pillows, blanket, everything at the top level. Every morning in the room was cleaned, brought water, tea and coffee. The location of the hotel is also very successful. You can walk on the embankment, or visit the hotel park. There are also many shops and supermarkets next to you. Also in step-by-step availability, there is a shopping mall. Before the sea walk 40 minutes. Also nearby are different markets. At the very end of our holiday, when we had already given the room, we expected a transfer on the balcony in the hall, we brought local coffee and phinics. Of course I didn't want to leave! It was all at the top level! Thanks to Al Majaz Premiere and its staff for making our trip so unforgettable! 10 out of 10!

DDr. BarberShe arrived to a half full parking area. The lobby was festive, small, well lit, and quiet. Two Asian receptionist received her. They were very nice, polite, and professional.
They gave her a trim on the fifth floor facing the rose. This is what we asked for. She really loved her room. The hard wood floors, the art work. The added lights. She couldn’t stop talking about the balcony.
On her next stay, we’d love for her to stay on the top floor and please no more loud, unruly Arab families with crazy children.
We could here them slamming doors and shouting during her webinar. We knew it was Arabs.

Overall I liked the hotel, it was clean, the staff was polite. Breakfast is good. But next to the hotel on the sea side there is some kind of factory on the shore. The sea is not particularly dirty, apart from some household garbage, but the proximity to a working factory is embarrassing...

FForell37Hotel is not bad! Yes, not new! And worth, your money. Breakfast is worthy! Rats, have not seen or heard. Room cleaning every day. Bed and towel change every day. Bed is clean! The people write that towel needs to be asked. Yes, it is. 3 days lived, after cleaning put 1 towel, although we are 2 and take 2 towels. Get down to the recession, please one more. Without the prole, in 5 minutes they bring. Wi-Fi is negligible, but for 2 days. We need to go down for a new password every 2 days. For us this is not a problem. In central streets in cafes and restaurants, prices range from 20 to 40 dirham per portion. Between the yards are 2 times cheaper. Don't be afraid, local, sit down at the table and order. They can cook personally, not acute food, but it will be necessary to wait 10-15 minutes. They can put ready, but acute and immediately. The price for the dish is not changed. The location of the hotel for us is acceptable, up to water 2 to 3 km. Taxi and buses have not been canceled. We, at 50, walk easily to the beach and back. 1 time by bus and 1 time by taxi. Many shops, next stops all sides! Hotel recommends for the middle class. A, the bourgeois recommends staying in hotels 4 and 5 stars.

GGuest UserSince the new management taken over the property everything changed a lot the services, cleaning and staff. Will advice you to definitely plan a visit as you will not find any other property with such price in this great location.
