Not happy with Trip.com as when we reached hotel they made us wait for more than 1 hr and said no booking by my name, thn i wasted my money on international calls to Trip.com and after that issue got resolved and in return i got only 1500 points as an compensation... sad very sad for making ur client wait for more than hour and in return you get compensation as 1500 points

Keep in mind several of these issues are related to the fact that the hotel is understaffed. 1st, they don't always answer the phone (Both when you're staying at the hotel or just considering it) Here are a number of issues we faced during our stay, within the character limit. They increase the AC temp during night time in the summer ”to save power” although it's very hot (＞35 degrees celsius at night) We booked a presidential suite. We were told that the difference between it & an executive suite was that the presidential suite had a jacuzzi, so we figured why not. We were told on the phone that there was valet parking. This was not the case when we arrived. There was no valet parking. There was basement parking, which was a bit narrow/uncomfortable in certain spots but overall fine. Upon arrival, there was only 1 receptionist available. I suggest they hire 1-2 more to deal with customers checking in & out and with those who have questions & to pick up the phone. This poor single receptionist was printing papers, checking ID's, talking with 2 groups of customers checking in as well as a group checking out, answering phone calls, & opening/closing parking gates. The one good thing about our stay was his assistance - Leonardo, so I would like to thank him & I hope he gets a raise. After checking in, we went to our presidential suite. 1st impressions were positive at the beginning - it looked nice & I liked the blue carpet's colour & the paint was bright. However, after that, cracks started to appear in our view. The flat TV screen was small & ancient. It was also bolted in such a way that concealed the ports behind the TV. This led to our 1st negative interaction with maintenance & IT. The person who responded said they were in the process of getting new TVs & that only 2 in the entire hotel had an HDMI cable port. I knew that was false. He insisted. When I kept questioning him about it, he said he'd send someone to check it out. Leonardo the receptionist showed up along with the maintenance guy, & they both unscrewed a screw behind the TV to allow us to check behind it, where we saw there was indeed an HDMI cable & it worked. The bed's mattress was as hard as the floor. The pillows were meh. But the worst thing about the bedroom was this wind chime that was right in front of the A/C vents. I'm not sure what decor genius thought this was a good idea, because it was terrible. Every time we closed our eyes to sleep they would jingle & wake us up. Next, the bathrooms. There were 2, which was good, but one of them had a clogged up sink so the water rose quickly. The other bathroom with the jacuzzi & the shower had a broken heater. The false ceiling had markings of mould/humidity/leaking water & so on. The water coming from the jacuzzi was only lukewarm. It rendered the jacuzzi unusable. The water also had a funny green colour which made it seem unhealthy to use. We complained & after an adventure with the help of a security guy, the rec

It so happened that we came across a burning tour at a ridiculous price, and in two days of preparations we arrived in Sharjah. My tour operator confirmed that she herself had rested here earlier and she had at her disposal a kitchen and two frying pans, and one saucepan. But it wasn't there. When I checked in, to my amazement, I was given a room with broken kitchen furniture, no stove, no refrigerator, no sink in the kitchen. Of course, they began to offer to pay extra 700 bucks for a two-room family apartment, they say there is a kitchen and even a table with chairs, just like in the picture from the site. I had to demonstrate my character (and I have a heavy patamu shta gold), after calls and showdowns with the representative of Anekstur, with grief in half, we were given a decent room, with a mini fridge, a sink but without a tile, but in fairness I note that there was a microwave and a kettle . At my disposal were two flat plates, forks, spoons, mugs. I immediately got dishes in the nearest supermarket, a knife, a glass pan and a couple of bowls and mastered cooking in the microwave with the help of Google)) We bought fresh vegetables and fruits, made salads, cooked rice and pasta as a side dish. They took chicken and other things ready-made in the supermarket, there is a department, by the way, the meat is cooked very sharply, when consumed, it seems that armagidon has come, and what to do with the know-spice question, they shake their heads negatively, do not put their teeth on the shelf. Anyway, those who took the tour with food complained about the monotony of the menu. You decide. Here it is customary for guests to give out only two large towels, although the hotel positions itself as a four-star hotel. At first, I thought that the staff was sharpening a tooth on me, for that scandal during check-in, but then it turned out that other tourists also had this. And even then, after putting things in order, the maid takes them away. Returning from the beach, you need to catch the maid to beg for them. In general, the hotel is not bad, the room is spacious, though without a balcony, but it is equipped with three types of curtains, ranging from blockouts to model curtains, which makes it dark during the day as well as at night. And at night, at least gouge out your eyes. I think this is done to protect against heat and noise. With lighting here, sadness, if you like to have lamps and lights everywhere, then you are clearly not here. In general, the room is always very dark during the day and at night the same way, you can break all your legs, if you woke up in the middle of the night, then there is not a single lamp or sconce. The upper and only ceiling is turned on only near the entrance and shines dimly. Apparently with electricity there is control and accounting, all electrical equipment is connected directly without sockets. The hotel is on the roadside, next to a gas station, and it's convenient to take a taxi. The hotel has a strong spice smell, which may be its specialty. Personally, I think the sanitation and other facilities are more in line with three-star standards. There are more people staying and the breakfast is richer. The girl who checked in was very enthusiastic and helped solve the problem in time. Shopping around is more convenient. Overall, the price-performance ratio is okay.

Брал завтрак+ужин(ужин можно менять на обед), кормят ооч вкусно, большой выбор и в приятной обстановке с диванчиками в английском стиле. Номер аккуратный уютный с большим шкафом купе, приятным матрасом, холодильник, чайные принадлежности+1,5л воды каждый день. У отеля свой подогреваемый бассейн, вода чистая. До пляжа 7 мин ходьбы на территории отеля Лу-лу. Всё есть, шезлонги и зонтики соломенные, душевые и отличный заход в чистейшее море! Пляжные полотенца там же вам дадут. Ещё там есть сауна и спортзал(всё бесплатно) От отеля ходит трансфер утром и вечером и в Дейру сити(Дубай) и в Шарджу к тц. Экскурсии брал у Саидтурс. Отличные цены, свой транспорт, Саид здорово всё рассказывает на чистом русском языке с восточным акцентом! Отель мне очень понравился, всё было достойно и приятный отдых!!!

This hotel is stunning and offers a wonderful experience! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at center hotel Sharjah . The exquisite culinary offerings left me amazed, especially the diverse and delicious food and clean room with big rooms , big bed etc The mattress made of horse hair, though expensive, provided a unique and luxurious comfort that added to the overall indulgence. The sauna gym and beautiful pool were truly rejuvenating, and I cherished every moment of relaxation. The service staff and all employees were incredibly friendly, making my stay exceptionally enjoyable. A special thanks to all employees of The center hotel Sharjah who made our stay remarkable. I will recommend anyone to stay with the hotel and definitely , we must come back .

In December 2023, there was a road repair near the hotel. But at the same time there was a decent discount on accommodation. Overall I liked the hotel, it was clean, the staff was polite. Breakfast is good. But next to the hotel on the sea side there is some kind of factory on the shore. The sea is not particularly dirty, apart from some household garbage, but the proximity to a working factory is embarrassing...

100% do not book this hotel. The good reviews are fake. I am not even mentioning the rude no smile service as the reason. The actual property is faulty in every way UNLIVEABLE. The one asian lady staff is creepy not welcoming at-all. She makes you uneasy. Back to the room 1)room front door handles broken 2) bathroom door doesn’t shut also handle broken 3)extremely dirty window’s can’t see a thing 4)bathroom sink huge gushing leak every time you use the tap(the floor will flood) 5)extremely tiny rooms 6)awful cancellation policy. If you have booked a long stay and want to cancel anywhere in between looking at how unsafe and unhygienic this hotel looks. Then you will loose all of your booking money. Unlike other hotels where you get a refund of remaining nights that are 24 hours ahead. This hotel scams you writing free cancellation yet they know no one would like to stay after getting in and will cancel the rest of the stay do they make this impossible. Truly worst hotel in uae.
