Disappointment ((( This is not the first time in the UAE, the last time was in September, but in Ajman, also 4 stars on the first line, the hotel is fire 🔥! We took this hotel 3 days before the flight. We are not picky about food and the environment at all, but here there is a real problem with both 👎🏽, I won't even mention the staff, rude, abrupt, they took three eggs from breakfast, the cleaner flew up to us like a ****** and started yelling at the whole canteen (I can't call this place anything else): "Madam, madam, you owe 100 dirhams quickly!!!" 🤣🤦🏼♀️, almost killed for three eggs)))) there is no drinking water on the territory, neither for breakfast nor for dinner, we asked, they answered - for a fee! What they put in the room is 1 bottle, and there are 3 of us ... the beach is in bulls, but to give credit wide, plenty of free sun loungers, wonderful entrance, there are fish, only for the beach I gave 2 stars, BUT be careful, every day either oil or fuel oil stuck to my feet and crocs... it doesn't wash off ((( the pool is like a pool - normal, warmer than the water in the bay. The room was bought in the main building with a balcony, they gave me a shabby chalet, with the first cleaning they took away personal, specially folded separately packing bags, we always take them to put our shoes away later when we fly out... the first time this))) we were afraid that they would take out the bags))) we put them in the closet))) there are no slippers and robes, the towels are all in holes ((( About the gym: women's and men's hours, declared until 19:00 - they kicked us out (yes, they kicked us out in a rude manner) at 17:30! Wi-Fi works everywhere, another star) there is a store next to the hotel, prices are like everywhere else. It's 20 minutes by taxi to Dubai. The contingent is Russians, quiet elderly people and couples with children. Bottom line: we won't come back here, the declared 4 stars don't correspond at all, especially in the Emirates! In season the hotel costs twice as much, the only good thing is that we got it really cheap, 6 days breakfast-dinner, for three 88,000₽, without a flight.

The best hotel on the beach if you want to relax in peace listening the sea and enjoy sunsets. Rooms are not big but has its private balcony. There is a good pool outside and a cafe. Hotel is clean and food is delicious. They have transfer to Sharjah Mall. But it’s not very convenient location to get to dubai. You will have to spend a lot of time in traffic jams if you get to rush hour.

Sharjah is a city that attracts tourists from all over the world like a magnet. It has a unique atmosphere, where luxury coexists with authenticity, and modernity harmoniously intertwines with rich history. My husband and I recently visited this wonderful city, staying at the luxurious Carlton Hotel, and I want to share our impressions. Immediately after checking into the Carlton Hotel, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of sophistication and luxury. Spacious rooms, decorated with impeccable taste, offer all the amenities for a perfect holiday. A mesmerizing view of the Persian Gulf from the window, a private balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise - all this makes the Carlton Hotel an ideal choice for discerning travelers. We combined a beach holiday with excursions. We went on a fascinating journey around the UAE, visiting Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The trip was organized by Saidtours, and we can safely say that it was an ideal decision. Dubai: the city of the future, where dreams come true Dubai is a city that amazes with its luxury and scale. With a guide from Saidtours, we went on a tour of the most striking sights. We walked through the Dubai Mall, the largest shopping center in the world, admired the dancing fountain, and saw the famous Burj Khalifa skyscraper. No less impressive was a visit to Palm Jumeirah, an artificial island in the shape of a palm tree, with luxurious villas and hotels. Abu Dhabi: the pearl of the Persian Gulf. With a guide from Saidtours, we visited the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, a masterpiece of Islamic architecture, seeing snow-white marble, rich mosaics, amazing chandeliers and carpets. We also visited the presidential palace, where we learned about the history of the ruling family and plunged into the world of luxury and splendor. Saidtours is a great choice for traveling around the UAE Thanks to the guide, my trip to Dubai and Abu Dhabi was truly unforgettable. He not only told a lot of interesting things about the history and culture of the UAE, but also helped with navigation, organized visits to all the key attractions and did everything to make our trip comfortable and exciting.

We were on holiday together from 26.05 to 03.06 in this hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel they checked us in immediately, took our passports. Towards the evening it turned out that they would only be returned to us on the day of departure, which was a shock for us, because we had never encountered this in other hotels. The next day we met with the guide Zhanna (an extremely unpleasant person, and I will tell you why later*) she said that you always need to have your passports with you. We immediately rushed to get them, as a result - 100 dollars and they will be returned. Apparently they take it as a deposit, I do not see any other reason. They returned it upon check-out. Speaking of food, I must add that the only fresh fruit is watermelon. The rest of the fruit is canned. Quite varied for 4, but we have seen more extensive ones. All the food is very tasty (except for sausage and cheese), although there were times when the fish was oversalted. There were always enough tables, the cutlery was clean, but there were black streaks on the plates from them. The most interesting thing was the room. We had a chalet. It was a small room with one window next to the front door, a bathroom, two single beds, a bedside table and a large table with a shelf for shoes and a TV. In the middle of the room there was a door, apparently leading to another room. By the way, there is a minibar, but it is paid. Even when you check in, it will be empty, which again has never happened in other countries, even where it is paid. The toilet always smelled of sewage, but when you turn on the exhaust hood, the smell went away. During the day, the water from the tap and in the shower is hot, and I would like to cool off after 40 ° (the pool is also hot). Towels are changed daily, and in 9 days of our stay, the linen was changed once. THERE ARE ANTS IN THE ROOM IMPORTANT: 1 bottle of water 1.5 liters per room. There is clearly a problem with water here, since there is none in the hotel canteen either (for breakfast there are 2 types of juice, tea and coffee, and for lunch/dinner tea and coffee). We went to buy water in the nearest supermarket (as you leave the hotel, immediately turn left). The cost is 4 dirhams, which is about 100 rubles for 5 liters. The beach is good, but there were not enough umbrellas. More precisely, there would be enough if they were repaired. There are a lot of sun loungers. The beach is open from 7:00 to 19:00, there is only 1 exit to it. *now about Zhanna. A woman who is absolutely not interested in your stay here. She came only to tell you about the excursions, and when some said that they could not afford it (and she really sold it more expensive than in other hotels) she said that she wasted her time and they could have told her about it earlier. When we calmly refused this or that excursion, she asked why 100 times and began to really judge and say that we should go there. We still took a sightseeing tour of Dubai, it's just super, costs 65 dollars. We never regretted it. It includes dinner during the cruise along the Marina. In general, the hotel is a shaky 4, more like a 3+

The hotel is good. It justifies its 4 stars. The rooms are cleaned every day. Towels and shower sets are changed. The staff is polite. Whatever you ask for, they will do it or try to find an alternative. We stayed in a chalet by the bay. Everything is great, the bed is soft, the bed linen is clean, the chalet and the reception smell very good. All things were lost. Upon arrival home, you can stay in the UAE a little longer because of the smell) The only small minus is that it is a bit dark in the rooms. But this did not bother us. It is better to take adapters with you. But if anything, they give you out at the reception. The air conditioners work very well. But it is better to turn them off during sleep and rest. You can easily catch a cold. This applies to all air conditioners in the UAE. Taxi, shopping centers, hotels. Be careful with this. There is an oceanarium, small grocery stores, supermarkets, and delicious cafes near the hotel. The city center is not far away. 10-12 minutes by taxi. Convenient. We took breakfasts. Every day there were different side dishes. Everything is minimalistic and tasty. The only thing is that there should be more fruit, and not canned. The hotel's trump card is the beach. There were always enough sun loungers. Not always umbrellas, but you could find shade. 3/6 days the red flag was hung. Lifeguards are very attentive to vacationers. During the vacation we took 2 excursions - from Saidtours. Very reasonable prices and high quality. Said was the guide. He tells everything interestingly and to the point. Everything is organized, he will answer all questions with ease. He knows Russian more than the Russians themselves. I definitely recommend it! The vacation was good. But for those who want luxury - think about it, maybe this hotel will not suit you. If I have the opportunity to go to Carlton, I will definitely return.

It so happened that our acquaintance with the Emirates fell on September, the last of their hottest time of the year. We thought that we were ready for the climate change from +5 in the Urals September to +35 in the Emirates (in fact, it was up to 65 in the sun, and 35 was the water in the bay), but it turned out a little different. We chose the Emirates because this hotel fell into the price segment of Turkey, differing only in the HB meal conditions. And since for me a warm sea is preferable to a buffet, we decided to get to know a new country. The choice fell on Carlton, as it satisfied us with the presence of a beach within walking distance, a balcony with a sea view, a remote location, no animation and at the same time close to attractions and a shop. The hotel is quite compact, has a main building and a number of two-story bungalows on the sides. Some have a view of the parking lot and the main building and a tennis court, the others have a view of the building only. In fact, only a few rooms have a sea view in the truest sense of the word. But you can easily and quickly run to the beach and have time to take a place. For us, the sea view was important, so we considered only these options, which is why a room in the main building was chosen. In the end, we chose a deluxe and did not regret paying extra for the standard. The advantage was primarily that the rooms were renovated and high. The rooms also have a large area, which is very convenient for three adults (daughter 20 years old). However, there are only two beds in the rooms, but they are one and a half. Mattresses of medium hardness, new. Bed linen was changed every three days. A set of cosmetics and towels in full for three. There is a sofa that theoretically could be unfolded for a third, but we made do with two beds. A refrigerator, kettle, TV - everything is available and works. I can't tell you about Russian channels - we did not turn them on. The beach is the strongest side of the hotel. It is close, relatively clean. The sea is warm, the entrance is gentle, you walk for about a hundred meters knee-deep, then you can swim. In August, it feels like you are swimming in hot springs. I liked it very much! The pool is large, but the water in it does not cool you down much, although it is a couple of degrees colder than the sea. The children's pool was not covered with an awning and therefore was not popular in principle. There is a children's corner, but it is in a very sad state. The tennis court, apparently due to the season, was not used. I saw vacationers playing table tennis a couple of times. Towels are given out right there, in the gallery of the passage to the beach, but it is not a very customer-oriented system. You get them when you go to the beach with coupons with a room number, and you return them when you leave the beach. That is, if you are in the sun before breakfast or go to your rooms in the hottest part of the sun, the towel lies on the sun lounger and waits until it is taken and the place for others is occupied. And there is a catastrophic shortage of umbrellas and sun loungers themselves. The seats start to fill up at five in the morning, and by six in the morning almost the entire hotel is swimming. For me it was an unusual experience, which I got for the first time. On the other hand,

We rested on May 16-30, 2023. Rooms 917 and 956. We visited the hotel for the second time. The first time we were in 2019 and were satisfied with this hotel, that's why we came a second time this year. But, this year we suffered quite a strong disappointment - the hotel has deteriorated. To begin with, the hotel is no longer a 4 star hotel, as their sign at the entrance claims. And then I will explain why. It all started with the fact that they tried to provide us with a room not of the category that we actually paid for. We rented a chalet with a sea view, and they tried to provide us with a dark, damp room overlooking the tennis court, which blocked the sea completely, claiming that it was a sea view. After the scandal and tears, attempts to call the boss, we were nevertheless promised that tomorrow we would change the number. Well, let's spend a day in room 917 of this category, and then, it seems, we will be given a room on the second floor with a really sea view. This was not deceived. I will say right away that the furniture in both rooms we have mastered is, in principle, solid, although a little tired, there is no cleaning, as always and everywhere. As soon as a crumb of some sweetness remains on the floor, if you ate something in the room, a mountain of ants will run up to you, as the cleaner was too lazy to wipe between the beds, or move the nightstand there. The dust does not extend at all, flakes fall from the TV. From the place where a piece of sweets fell, we removed the ants twice. At breakfast, of course, you won’t be left hungry - there is enough food of any kind, but the variety that is supposed to be four is completely absent from the word, there are no fruits, only canned food; we didn’t attend lunches and dinners, because we didn’t take them, and therefore I can’t say, but I doubt that there is also a wide variety of food. It's bitterly cold in the dining room, and there are a lot of children there. In front of my eyes, the father of the family turned off the blower over the table, the employee went and immediately turned it on. For what? And on the third day, generally seal the air conditioner switch. Apparently, so that tourists do not sit around and get out of there quickly. There are enough sun loungers for everyone on the beach, but there are no umbrellas to sit comfortably in the shade. You can't lie in the sun all the time. There are not enough umbrellas decently - somewhere around 1/3 of the vacationers. From 8:00 in the morning until 12:00 in the afternoon you will not find free umbrellas, because our beloved habalist compatriots somehow make their way to them even before the opening of the beach and in their favorite manner take places, although they are not then located in these places under umbrellas and mushrooms. The laws of the city of Sharjah on the prohibition of smoking on the beaches at the Carlton Hotel do not work, the staff, unfortunately, does not respond to stinking drug ******* defecating smoke every 5 m of the beach. But everything is overshadowed by the fact that only HOT water comes out of the tap, it is a problem to wash yourself, especially after tanning, when the skin hurts from hot water, but there is absolutely no cold water. There is no Internet, you can’t talk on Watsap, you can only write and send medium-sized files. In general, summing up all of the above, it should be noted that the hotel draws on strong two
