A friend and I needed to visit Dubai in Feb but happened to be during Dubai Food Festival and there was no hotel room in Dubai, so I found this small hotel where we stayed 3 nights till Dubai hotels became available. Had no problem getting there using Google Maps, being close to the beach. The rooms surround the pool in a U shape, our room was in one corner with no balcony but had a window that can be opened. The bed was comfortable and the room very spacious. Being in Sharjah by the sea, we went on a tour all the way up the Corniche to Ajman, my favorite drive back and forth, so clean and sightseeingly. The reception staff were efficient and accommodating but lack the smile and language ability. Aside from this and the poor restaurant, it was a rather nice stay.

It was one of the worst experiences i had passed on. Especially the reception team, a careless and non-professional. The room doesn't have basics, even telephone also ac you should s with it on or off from the main electric box. The room services team was friendly. Otherwise, unsatisfied staying. Also, i'm not happy to book via makemytrip, you give me this summerland and it wasn't good. Also, you didn't protect me

Food and facilities. I already pay for breakfast but they didn’t give breakfast and they need extra money for breakfast and no iron no slippers, ac also not working and noisy

The hotel location was good, the staff were ok, did not understand arabic, my guest had a hard time communicating with them in arabic (did not know english. He tried the food but did not like it (biryani w chicken. The room was comfortable and clean, and big enough. Had one each of plate, mug, tall glass, also a microwave, an electric kettle and good size refrigerator and a tv (all working. They need to explain to guests that the hot water needs the switch to be turned on (located outside the bathroom. The guests were all russians (we liked it. The staff were consistent and tried to accommodate our requests (coffee & sugar, little shampoo bottles. The parking was adequate inside the entrance. The hotel sign was readily seen from the street. The value for the money was perfect. I needed a budget place and this was adequate. All this made me give them 4 and not 2 or 3.
