very good and the staff was good and kindly answered me back when I requested any things

So far so good everything went well but only for the exception that i asked for some ameneties and they didnt provide it until i asked them again

Nice and clean Hotel. The staff are friendly and cooperative

Reservation department didn’t confirm my reservation at 11 pm because they are out of duty.

Good staff but not maintained place .
Equipments and preparations are not to a good standard

The staff are good the Maintainance are not so great cleanliness is moderate 

Loved the place and room but there was nearby construction going on and couldn't sleep the entire night coz of it,if this isn't the issue true value for money.

Pest control is highly required. 

It is a very good hotel with great staff and great locations.
Walk to the beach in 10min.

Great service from booking to check-in and during stay at the hotel. Staff was polite and friendly and very responsive. Room are quite spacious with all the basic facilities. Housekeeping is immaculate. Overall a great experience.  The lounge downstairs offer one of the best person mr Izzam It is worth trying. Overall always a delight to visit.
