She arrived to a half full parking area. The lobby was festive, small, well lit, and quiet. Two Asian receptionist received her. They were very nice, polite, and professional. They gave her a trim on the fifth floor facing the rose. This is what we asked for. She really loved her room. The hard wood floors, the art work. The added lights. She couldn’t stop talking about the balcony. On her next stay, we’d love for her to stay on the top floor and please no more loud, unruly Arab families with crazy children. We could here them slamming doors and shouting during her webinar. We knew it was Arabs.

Very nice hotel, amenities needed to be updated in some areas such as gym. People at this hotel are so kind and dedicated to help at any time and ready to go the extra mile to meet your needs. I will come back again

Отдыхали с семьёй в январе 2022 года жили в двух номерах , в номере все есть , телевизор телефон холодильник утюк сейф электрочайник стаканчики и вся мебель , в санузла тоже все есть вплоть до фена . Состояние отеля на троечку так же как и звёзд, отель не новый тоже видать стареет вместе с хозяином , на ресепшене не плохо бы сделать химчистку мягкой мебели , кормят хорошо и вкусно , даже нам больше понравилось чем в других четверках и пятёрках . В связи с повышением цен на путёвки мы в этот раз решили попытать судьбу и выбирать дешёвый отель но В целом мы ни сколько не разочаровалась в выборе данного отеля , мы полностью довольны всем учитывая стоимость.

Great service from booking to check-in and during stay at the hotel. Staff was polite and friendly and very responsive. Room are quite spacious with all the basic facilities. Housekeeping is immaculate. Overall a great experience. The lounge downstairs offer one of the best person mr Izzam It is worth trying. Overall always a delight to visit.

This hotel is a true hidden gem minutes away from busy Dubai. At first you may wonder why to go to Sharjah, but the Chedi Al Bait is a destination on its own. The minute you walk in, you are being greeted by “Welcome home”, the English translation of “Al Bait”. It’s true the place felt like home as if I had arrived in my family after a long journey in the hot weather of the arabian peninsula. Here I found a calm, authentic, extremely beautiful & well kept property to rest and enjoy days of pure luxury. Because of the hot June weather I was lucky enough to be one of the few guests at the hotel. I felt like a true Sultan wandering around the maze of my property and there was not a minute I was not being pampered by the whole team. During the day, the walls of the property have a contemporary desert feeling. At night the lighting made it looked like the Palace of the Arabian Nights. I enjoyed the fact that all the doors of the property were left open for you to explore and decide to sit to contemplate or simply relax. Their library/museum was a nice surprise worth a quick tour! The suite I stayed for 3 nights was just perfect. Plenty of space, huge bath room with 5 star amenities. I loved the Acqua di Parma toiletries!! The huge bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I stayed in their “deluxe” rooms which for me felt super luxury. I can’t imagine how their higher category suites could even be better than what I had. Meals, breakfasts, drinks at their cafe were all of good quality. I highly recommend their Afternoon Tea Time which is a show on its own with all that nitrogen gas. Gym, Sauna and Steam room were all of the best quality! In short, I had at the Chedi the best time in the UAE and I could not recommend it enough to anyone who is appreciative of quality, discreet luxury and comfort! Special mention and warm thank you to the Team at the reception but also Sam at the Pool who was the kindest host ever. I was taken care like a real sheikh with always a glass of cold water, my sun bed prepared like I loved and always a few words and a smile to make my stay memorable. I had the best experience staying at novotel. My family they enjoyed very well and we will surely come back and recommend to other friends and families. Its agood hotel for families mostly the swimming pool is out door and they have a kids playing area which is very nice. Good and clean gym with good equipments and the services are super starting from the front desk upon checkin the stuffs are welcoming, smiling, and so helpful. The breakfast is super b and house keeping team are so professional. In general you guys really made my stay memorable can't wait to come back.

Rest at the Al Hamra Hotel from 8 to 14 March 2020. Residents without deposit and money extortion, all honestly, politely Say that we enjoyed living in this hotel - not to say anything. Hotel without deposit, settled us in five minutes, gave a great 710 room. Staff is beautiful, no hint of hammock, always help, tell, show. Cleaning every day. Every day, they gave an individual set: shampoo, hygiene packets, shower gel, hairdress, toothbrush, toothpaste, vattock and discs, shower hat, toilet paper and loose. Every day they left two bottles of water for 0.5 litres. There was a sewing set in the room, a spoon for shoes, a sponge for the cleaning of shoes. Everything is chic. If you get mad - I will say that the safe didn't work. No one on the bags crawled, didn't try to extort the tips (though the maids deserve them, of course). The door opens at the hotel entrance. We were there at the beginning of May 2024. I really liked the location - on the one hand, it is much cheaper than in Dubai, on the other hand, you can get to Dubai within an hour. Unlike Dubai, they do not charge a resort tax. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall - departure from the hotel at approximately 15.40, departure from the Dubai Mall at 21.00. We ordered a taxi to the airport from the hotel, it cost 100 dirhams. Grocery supermarkets and an outlet are within walking distance from the hotel. Convenient to cross the road to the beach. The hotel has a small indoor pool with warm water, a bathhouse and a sauna. I had an amazing one night stay at the QE2 - as a Brit now living in Austrália the QE2 has a special place in my heart - never as a Cunard ship could I have afforded travelling to New York - now I could and the ship is sparkling - the renovation is fantastic throwing you back to the heyday of her life - the service was fantastic the food and drink authentic and worth the stay! My wife says I better come back with her
