I stayed in this Hotel during a visit to Dubai last year. The room was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The room and services exceeded my expectations in every way. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. After I lost my phone and cards on the second day of my visit, the manager went well out of his way to help me get in touch with friends and family and get through the rest of my visit safely. I was blown away by the hospitality and kindness shown to me. 100% recommend this hotel.

Hotel is not bad! Yes, not new! And worth, your money. Breakfast is worthy! Rats, have not seen or heard. Room cleaning every day. Bed and towel change every day. Bed is clean! The people write that towel needs to be asked. Yes, it is. 3 days lived, after cleaning put 1 towel, although we are 2 and take 2 towels. Get down to the recession, please one more. Without the prole, in 5 minutes they bring. Wi-Fi is negligible, but for 2 days. We need to go down for a new password every 2 days. For us this is not a problem. In central streets in cafes and restaurants, prices range from 20 to 40 dirham per portion. Between the yards are 2 times cheaper. Don't be afraid, local, sit down at the table and order. They can cook personally, not acute food, but it will be necessary to wait 10-15 minutes. They can put ready, but acute and immediately. The price for the dish is not changed. The location of the hotel for us is acceptable, up to water 2 to 3 km. Taxi and buses have not been canceled. We, at 50, walk easily to the beach and back. 1 time by bus and 1 time by taxi. Many shops, next stops all sides! Hotel recommends for the middle class. A, the bourgeois recommends staying in hotels 4 and 5 stars.

The staff is very friendly and supportive, but there should be a hair dryer in room and pest control is needed as few cockroaches was playing around the locker.. another thing that I booked a room with king size bed but at the checkin time no room was available with king size bed.

Co located in a shopping and office building there is plenty on hand to assist a stay. The Carrefour Market on the ground floor opposite the hotel lobby is extremely handy. Unfortunately, it does add to the time spent in lifts as they traverse the shopping and office levels. The hotel is not flash and is a little tired in decor, but the staff are pleasant and helpful even though they may be short of numbers for the busy times. Breakfast in the Tulip Restaurant is a good spread with many varieties of food available including a live omelette station. It’s also a pleasant view over the lagoon. The 11th floor rooms are a good size but the view can be a little drab when faced with the empty office block. The decor tiredness reveals itself in the lingering smoke smell even though the floor is a designated non-smoking zone. As to overall value, I can’t really give any pointers as I didn’t pick up the tab for my seven night stay.

My 9th stay here is as comfortable as the first one. The staff is very efficient and cooperative. Thanks to the house keeping expert Than Than who made sure to add brightness and colour with lovely masterpiece with zero compromise on cleaning. The complimentary tray of dessert delicacies was fantastic. The warm feeling of welcome from everyone make it feel like a second home. Location is excellent with best views of corniche from every room. Hotel is new and maintenance is good.

I had the best experience staying at novotel. My family they enjoyed very well and we will surely come back and recommend to other friends and families. Its agood hotel for families mostly the swimming pool is out door and they have a kids playing area which is very nice. Good and clean gym with good equipments and the services are super starting from the front desk upon checkin the stuffs are welcoming, smiling, and so helpful. The breakfast is super b and house keeping team are so professional. In general you guys really made my stay memorable can't wait to come back.

This hotel is like a sand castle from a fairy tale movie. We had a very nice suite next to the sea with very beautiful views. We got complementary upgrade as our room was on the first floor and a bit close to the swimming pool. All the people who work there are so amazing, Monica, nemma, Allam, and Ahmad the booking manager was sweet and helpful. They upgraded us to the best executive suite during the rain to make sure we are safe. Food was amazing and all service personnel were very professional and quick to accommodate. Very happy we spend our short vacation here. Looking forward to seeing everyone again. I highly recommend Sheraton Sharjah and would visit again for sure.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Dream Palace Hotel in Ajman. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming Manager who made every effort to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. This is our 2nd visit ito the Bahi Ajman Palace hotel. We visited this place 1st in April this year. We liked it so much that we decided to come here again. Clean cosy rooms, a very effective, good and polite team of servismen, who clean the rooms evey day very effectivly. We liked also the hotel restaurant. The restaurant servismen work very quickly, quietly, professionally. They are very polite and frendly. They do what you want immedeately and with kind smiles. We'd like to mention these men as especially very good and kind men who work in the restaurant - Sohel, R aj, Sanjay, Roshani. We liked the restaurant food, especially rich and generous dinners. The beach is regularly cleaned and the people who work there are redy to help at any moment. Thank you Soju for medical help. In geneal all the people who work at the hotel are highly professional helpful kind and good. Thank you everybody.

GGuest UserGood day! Rest in January 2023. First of all, perhaps, our settlement was taking place at night. We were met by the carrier and took all the bags. Next we followed to the hall where the service staff met us. Everyone was welcome and smiley. The settlement went very quickly. The room was clean and comfortable, every room had a TV, the equipment was all in a good condition. The bathrooms were clean. The room was cool, smelled pleasant in both rooms and hotel. Beds are very comfortable, pillows, blanket, everything at the top level. Every morning in the room was cleaned, brought water, tea and coffee. The location of the hotel is also very successful. You can walk on the embankment, or visit the hotel park. There are also many shops and supermarkets next to you. Also in step-by-step availability, there is a shopping mall. Before the sea walk 40 minutes. Also nearby are different markets. At the very end of our holiday, when we had already given the room, we expected a transfer on the balcony in the hall, we brought local coffee and phinics. Of course I didn't want to leave! It was all at the top level! Thanks to Al Majaz Premiere and its staff for making our trip so unforgettable! 10 out of 10!

GGuest UserI always write true reviews! I will start, arrived to the hotel from Dubai for 30 minutes. On the resphension gave a chocolate and we were settled in 10 minutes, room 224, 2 floor, room spacious NO TARAKANOV and KLOPOV, NUUUUESI you did not bring them with you, for what to write about what is not understood by people! Hotel on a solid three. Clean every day, always reported gel, soap, champoo, tea, coffee, 2 bottles of water 0.5, but it is very little! There is no water in the hotel! Towels changed, every day we had a big, small and for feet in the room. Breakfast, all as they wrote, uniform, but all delicious, a couple of times were acidic vegetables, I said they changed immediately. On the responsive smiley, responsive guys, try to help everything, communication on Russian-angel))) On the first floor there is a stick-revenue-guid Tatiana! She is a separate thank you! Everything will tell and tell. The tours were taken from her, cheaper than the hotel guide. I will honestly say the service on excursions in the UAE ”chromes,” but it is not to Tatiana question. It is definitely taking Tatiana tour to Dubai and the desert. I was very hard in May from 10 to 17, it was incredibly hot, I swam at 7 a.m. and at 17 p.m.. The day on the street you will not walk, deadly simple+42. To the beach go minutes 10-12, it seems very long 🙈🙈🙈. If the wave, the sea is driven out! The beauty of the sea did not see ... Rakushek a lot of beautiful. Beach towels are given in the hotel. Near the hotel there is a supermarket and cafes, but again next to ... Minute 10-15, in the heat ... Very far away. The hotel is in the distance, walk near nowhere. Public transport I didn't find, only buses to the shopping center for free. Moved by taxi, on average one trip 18 dr, about 500 rubles. Summary, I will not go to this hotel any more if there are finances better consider Lu Lu or Carlton at their first line and their beach.

GGuest UserSince the new management taken over the property everything changed a lot the services, cleaning and staff. Will advice you to definitely plan a visit as you will not find any other property with such price in this great location.

RRahaf CThe staff are not friendly.. They even told me that if I don't like I can leave now. Bed sheets had pubic hair and stones, they did not want to change the bed sheets because they only have one for each room. We are three people and we took an extra bed when we asked for an extra bottle of water they said no only 2. The toilet was used by someone and not flushed. There was no tissue Sink and water tap were also dirty. We don't have a telephone in the room because they said this room has no phones and I checked another room that was the same too. Floor is dirty Also we found old bread in the cabinet..

GGuest UserStayed at the Crystal Plaza Hotel in Sharja and would like to share your experiences. This hotel is not a bad option for those looking for a modest affordable place to stay. We needed mostly for accommodation and shower. That's why it's all arranged. A friendly and friendly staff met. The registration was quickly and without any problems. One of the main advantages of the hotel is its location. It is in a convenient location, close to the main sights of Sharji and within walking distance from shops and restaurants.
