It was my first time to Shantou. I stayed one night at the Sukumachi Hotel, which is located right above the landmark McDonald's. I booked the best room type. During the entire check-in process, every colleague on duty at the front desk was very enthusiastic, polite, and the power of youth. They were serious, responsible, and able to sync with youth. I was particularly impressed by the first brother who contacted me on the phone. After we met, he could actually recognize me by my voice. It was a pity that we only met once and his shift was not scheduled for check-out. In addition, I would like to thank a brother on the night shift. At more than 11 o'clock in the evening, he ran across the street to help me take pictures of the balcony. The whole room has the best room type for a reason. It is clean and tidy, and the view is very good. The most surprising thing about this trip is the hotel accommodation. Also, hairspray cannot be brought to the high-speed rail. Services and location are pretty good. Hygiene is very good. I like the shower utility the most, it’s really comfortable. I requested for help with the television and the staff was very efficient and helpful. One disappointment is the efficiency of the wifi and charging battery is way too slow. Overall, I had a satisfy experience there!

This time we decided to try out the newly opened Hampton by Hilton and we were very impressed with its use of latest technology eg : contactless card key which gives direct access to the floor level that one is staying with a swipe of card and prompt response from the housekeeping with the use of robot delivery. The front office staff are very helpful and informative and they helped us to book Didi to our destination when there are no taxis available. The breakfast is varied and good. Of course I still prefer the breakfast at the revolving restaurant on top of International Hotel
