Good customer service ! Cleanliness ! Spaces is good size for couple . One thing disappointed , no refriguator in room . So far so good . Cannot book hotel ground transport for pick up from station to hotel if oversea traveller , better to provide WeChat contact when make reservation at home . There is no WeChat contact on the website too .

The hotel is in the suburbs, a little off the beaten track, but the service is good, there is a pick-up service, and the facilities are quite complete. This hotel was originally the reception hotel of the Shantou Municipal Government, and it was not open to the public before. This time when I came to Shantou for business, my cousin moved into his new house in Beishan Bay, so he introduced us to live in this government hotel near his home. So I canceled the hotel I originally booked in the urban area and booked here instead. After staying here, I feel that it is worth it. The hotel is very new, with complete facilities, and there is a lot of space for walking and viewing.

After staying for one night, I felt good after experiencing the service, so I released it and recommended Mayuwan Yi'an B&B. This is the only wild luxury tent homestay on the island [strong] What touched me most was that I couldn’t find a place to print the test paper everywhere when I went back to my hometown. I came to the hotel and asked the housekeeper to help print it. There are hundreds of printable content including answers. The housekeeper prints and binds it and puts it in the file bag and sends it to me. It doesn’t charge any money. It’s really righteous [strong] Regarding the living aspect, the atmosphere is very good. I am easy to be infected by these small emotional objects. 🥰 Geographical position Just at the entrance of the South China Sea, the 270° floor-to-ceiling windows of the whole living room are all facing the sea; when you come to the bedroom, you can see that the floor-to-ceiling windows continue to the side of the bathtub are also facing the sea. There is sunny in the middle of summer. I finally came to the Gold Coast of China. ～ My friend said that I don’t want to plan the tour. I just go out and see the sea while I’m talking about it. It’s really good. The day I come to Shantou is to go shopping and eat. It’s really comfortable. 😌😌

The hotel is located in Shantou Haojiang District. Opposite the hotel is the government department. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will see that the decoration is very high-end and luxurious. The front desk lady received us very warmly and handed us a cup of hot tea. It was very considerate. We checked in very quickly. There are 4 elevators, which is very convenient. The room is in a good location and cleaned very cleanly. It was very reassuring to check in. When checking out, the front desk lady also reminded us that parking is free. The hotel is really good. I will stay here when I come on business trips in the future.

The place is damn awesome!!! And the boss is really caring & friendly. I gave him alot of trouble since the first day i booked but he still manage to keep up his good service toward us. We came here without doing alot of homework and he introduce us a lot of nice food nearby the homestay. Even helped us order food for supper. Where can we get the services like him at other place? Probably will book again if i got the chance to go for secong time 慢下来 去生活！！ P.S. did not manage to get a lot of photo coz it is raining!

You can drink drip coffee and tea in the room. The self-service laundry room on the 9th floor has washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient. There are also several treadmills for exercise. The hotel is relatively quiet. If you want to stay away from the downtown area, it is a good choice.
