We chose this hotel as it was near a lot of eateries. As expected, this is a fuss-free hotel with all the basic amenities that one needs for a smooth travel. Room size was generous, toilet was spacious and towels were clean. The hotel is situated directly above a wet market, so do ask for a high floor in order not to hear the pounding sounds of the butcher's knife.

The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. The hotel is clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable. The front desk is warm and provides quality services, making guests feel at home. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the parking lot is very convenient. In Shantou, Longhu Hotel is the best. No one else. I will definitely come again next time!

Service was fantastic. I enjoyed my stay there. They cleaned my room everyday with numerous water supply. The cleaner had a smile on her face everyday even though we couldn’t communicate because she speaks Chinese and I speak English. The team by the reception were very helpful. During the Spring Festival, in order to avoid the ridiculously expensive and poorly rated hotels in the city, I found this hotel far from the city center. The surrounding environment is dirty and dilapidated, not like a city at all. The more unexpected gain was that I ate authentic Chaoshan beef hotpot and saw the ancient houses in the Chaoshan area. The breakfast was too bad, hard to describe. I clearly booked a room with breakfast, but the front desk noted that it was not available. The person in charge of the restaurant came to charge for it and had to show the order. Later, when I checked out, I reported this to the front desk. The front desk clerk asked if there was any additional charge, and said it was fine. I was speechless!

The location is quite convenient. Lao Lin BBQ, Jin Ershun Pickled Food, Lao Hu Beef Cake, and Longan Tofu Pudding are all very close. There are many electric cars at the door to go to other places. The hotel is very new and the stay is quite comfortable. The staff thoughtfully upgraded our room. I will recommend friends to stay here next time.

The service is very good, the room is relatively large, but it is quite noisy facing the street. . . And my husband ate breakfast and was admitted to the hospital. I don't know what happened to the fried rice. He had abdominal pain and fever after eating two bowls. He went to the emergency room of the hospital for three or four hours but still couldn't be treated.

The hotel is located in Shantou Haojiang District. Opposite the hotel is the government department. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will see that the decoration is very high-end and luxurious. The front desk lady received us very warmly and handed us a cup of hot tea. It was very considerate. We checked in very quickly. There are 4 elevators, which is very convenient. The room is in a good location and cleaned very cleanly. It was very reassuring to check in. When checking out, the front desk lady also reminded us that parking is free. The hotel is really good. I will stay here when I come on business trips in the future.
