As a family with 2 young children, it was pleasant to have two rooms of our desired arrangement that can be connected together via an inside door. The two rooms we booked are both spacious and clean. The decorations were the old-fashioned 90s luxury style. The hotel is opposite a shopping mall and it is easy to reach Walmart and Watson nearby.

The hotel is in the suburbs, a little off the beaten track, but the service is good, there is a pick-up service, and the facilities are quite complete. The toilet leaked on the second day, but it was OK after communicating with the front desk. I forgot to take the facial cleanser on the day I left, so I called the front desk to help me find it.

This is a place that is really well-designed. Everything is good. The staff is warm, sincere, thoughtful and considerate. It shows the unlimited potential and competitiveness of young operators in the field of homestays. Because of these lovely staff, I did not miss the sunrise of Mayu Island. Fortunately, I watched the swimming pool for a long time at around 6 o'clock, trying my best to take in the whole sky. The food and coffee are fashionable and exquisite, and the layout of the bookstore is also open and appropriate. Thank you for taking care of me. This place has become one of the reasons why I like Shantou. I will definitely see you again.

Enjoy the water park scenic spot tickets by the sea: unlimited access during the stay, this is really convenient, because the weather is relatively cold and some facilities are opened, but there is no need to queue, it is really fragrant! Service: The staff is very caring, help carry the suitcase, and give a small gift for the Spring Festival. Environment: The environment has nothing to say, the surrounding is very comfortable, there is a balcony There are English singing and dancing performances and other programs during the Spring Festival. I will visit ～ when I have time.

During the Chinese New Year, I came to Shantou to play and stayed at Shantou Beishan Bay Hotel. The hotel environment is good, the area is large, and it is close to the beach. The lobby design is very Chaoshan style. The staff service is very good. Xiao Chen at the front desk gave the children gifts when I checked out, which is pretty good! In addition, the hotel also has fireworks during the Chinese New Year, and all tourists in the hotel can participate. The staff is very enthusiastic and very suitable for parent-child travel!

No regrets paying more for this beautiful homestay! 花多点钱住这里一点遗憾也没有！ My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room. It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness. Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside. Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible. Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need. Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!! All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles.

The room is spacious and well-lit. The floor is high enough and very comfortable. The room is larger than other ordinary hotels, which is a surprise. There are also free snacks and pure milk. The waitress is very attentive and friendly. The front desk is enthusiastic and I am satisfied with the whole process. I will come again in the future! The only choice.

Very satisfied with this stay! The hotel service was super nice, Dora always kept a friendly smile, not only that, they actively helped us, recommended the Shantou attractions and so on, and connected the Wi-Fi. Every move is filled with professionalism and Affinity, made a deep impression. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, convenient transportation around, travel without pressure. The room facilities are very complete, clean and tidy, daily necessities are readily available

During the Spring Festival, in order to avoid the ridiculously expensive and poorly rated hotels in the city, I found this hotel far from the city center. The surrounding environment is dirty and dilapidated, not like a city at all. The more unexpected gain was that I ate authentic Chaoshan beef hotpot and saw the ancient houses in the Chaoshan area. The breakfast was too bad, hard to describe. I clearly booked a room with breakfast, but the front desk noted that it was not available. The person in charge of the restaurant came to charge for it and had to show the order. Later, when I checked out, I reported this to the front desk. The front desk clerk asked if there was any additional charge, and said it was fine. I was speechless!

The first time I came to Dahao, I almost thought it was another hotel next door. I looked carefully and found that it was this tall building. The hotel looks magnificent, towering into the sky, and full of style. The room is not very large, but it is fully equipped and fully intelligent. The window is surrounded by green mountains, and there are lush forests not far away, and you can feel the breath of nature. When checking in, the girl at the front desk and the deputy general manager of the hotel were professional and enthusiastic, with laughter and joy, interpreting the real feeling of home. Listening to them introduce the Shuangquan Park opposite, it is a place for cultural and artistic activities for local people. It is quite pleasant to take a walk after dinner to digest the food.
