I truly had a good experience with this hotel. The hotel is very clean. Above all everyone was very friendly especially the front desk girl Nimo had an excellent attitude and gave us great tips on where to go for food and shopping. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall a good stay, the design using bamboo is rather creative and the service is great. It’s good that they have an e-butler service using wechat for international travellers, so you can contact them for any services required. They have a small gym and rooftop bar (which wasn’t opened when I’m there in the morning, but of course). Even though, I was a little disappointed that they don’t have coffee in the room and that they did not change my bed sheets even when there is a stain on it.

We’ve gotten a free upgrade to their suite room and the overall is super comfortable. Staff were friendly and location of the hotel is pretty good too. Would recommend to everyone

The hotel environment is very good. It is a bamboo theme. It is newly renovated. The facilities are good. The bathroom shower room meets my requirements. The staff Qianqian is very professional and enthusiastic. She sent me a lot of small restaurants where locals eat. It provided a lot of help for eating and drinking when I first came to Chaoshan for tourism. Haha, this foodie is so satisfied! ! DIY Chaoshan red peach cake handmade experience: It is very interesting. I experienced the food that every household in Chaoshan can make. The red peach cake filling is already prepared by the hotel chef. After the mold is pinched, it is steamed for 12 minutes. It is very delicious~

We chose DIOTEL Chaoshan Hotel for the Dragon Boat Festival. The lady at the front desk was super nice. Not only did she upgrade the room type, she also prepared children's toiletries for the children. She was so thoughtful. The hotel facilities are very new, Xiaodu is also very smart. During the Dragon Boat Festival, they also specially prepared an activity to make Chaoshan red peach cake. It deserves a five-star rating!

The hotel was built only a few years ago, and is relatively new overall. It is located on Zhujiang Road, next to Zhujiang Road Food Street, where the famous Xiyi Sweet Soup and Xiaowu Rice Noodle Rolls are both there, so you can go and eat them!!! The hotel is still a certain distance from the core tourist attractions, but the distance by taxi is acceptable to me. The hotel's service attitude is very good, there are free afternoon tea and performances, and sweet soup is delivered every night. The hotel has a very strong sense of service 👍 Recommend everyone to stay~

It was a very satisfying experience. I liked staying in the hotel very much, especially Yingying at the front desk. The service attitude was excellent. She was a beautiful lady who was patient and very enthusiastic. The hotel also provided afternoon tea buffet, which was very satisfying. The room also provided thoughtful desserts, which was great. I will choose this hotel again next time I come.

The fitness room is small. Not much choice of food for breakfast. The room was big enough, comfortable and clean. The Qianhai staff are very enthusiastic about recommending Shantou’s delicious food and sightseeing guides, and the information is quite useful.
